Projekt zakłada objęcie wsparciem około 40% kobiet. W l. 2017-2018 do proj.skier.zostanie 667 os.(267K,400M),w tym:38 os. z niepełnospr.(22K,16M);328 os. długotrwale bezr.(139K,189M);505 os. o niskich kwalif.(178K,327M);115 os. w wieku 50 lat i więcej(26K,89M);267 kobiet;667 os.,dla których zostanie przygot.IPD (267K,400M);667 os.,dla których zostanie ustal.profil pomocy(267K,400M). W proj. zaplanowano działania: pogłębiona analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawod. uczestnika proj. w postaci IPD, pośrednictwo pracy lub poradnictwo zaw.,szkolenia,staże,prace interw.,jednorazowe środki na podjęcie dz. gosp.,refundacja kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy.Projekt zakłada wskaźnik efekt. zatrud. na poziomie: dla os. w wieku 50 lat i więcej–co najmniej 33%,dla kobiet–co najmniej 39%, dla os. z niepełnospr.–co najmniej 33%,dla os. długotrwale bezrobotnych–co najmniej 30%,dla os. o niskich kwalif.–co najmniej 38%. Wskaźnik efekt. zatrudnieniowej mierzony będzie do trzech m-cy od zakończenia przez uczestnika udziału w proj. Actions are planned in the project: in-depth analysis of skills, predispositions and occupational problems of the participant in the form of IPD, job mediation or counselling, training, internship, intervening work, one-off measures for undertaking the commission, refounding the costs of equipment or retrofitting the workplace.The project assumes an indicator of the effect. employment. at the level of: for a person aged 50 years or more – at least 33 %, for women – at least 39 %, for people with less than 33 %, for long-term unemployed persons-at least 30 %, for low-qualified people – at least 38 %. The employment effect indicator will be measured up to three months from the end of the participant’s participation in the project. In the indicator, the effect. employment will not take into account people who have received a one-off word per sub.g.g. The project will take into account EU principles (including the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for persons from part-psr. and sustainable development), EU and national legislation.
