POWIAT KWIDZYŃSKI / POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W KWIDZYNIE

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia wśród osób po 30 roku życia. Aby zapewnić realizację celu projektu wnioskodawca planuje w ramach projektu zaktywizować 110 osób (65K,45M) bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w PUP Kwidzyn w ramach poniższych form wsparcia: - staż dla 40 osób (25K,15M)bezrobotnych, - refundacja kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy dla 50 osób (30K,20M) bezrobotnych, - środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej dla 20 osób (10K, 10M) bezrobotnych. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika oraz opracowany zostanie Indywidualny Plan Działania (IPD). Wszystkie zaplanowane działania będą realizowane na podstawie przepisów ustawy z 20 kwietnie 2004 roku o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej będzie wynosił minimum 50%. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities among people over the age of 30. In order to ensure the achievement of the project goal, the applicant plans to activate 110 (65K,45M) unemployed persons registered in the PUP Kwidzyn as part of the following forms of support: — traineeship for 40 people (25K,15M) unemployed, – refund of the costs of equipment or retrofitting of a job for 50 persons (30K, 20M) unemployed, – funds for taking up economic activity for 20 people (10K, 10M) unemployed. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant concerned and an Individual Action Plan (IPD). All planned activities will be implemented on the basis of the provisions of the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions. The employment efficiency ratio will be at least 50 %. (English)
