Celem projektu jest rozwój społeczno-gospodarczy poprzez ochronę i wykorzystanie dziedzictwa kulturowego regionu do wzrostu aktywności społecznej i rozwoju turystyki. Zakres inwestycji obejmuje następujące elementy: 1) roboty przygotowawcze, 2) wykonanie nawierzchni alejek i placów (wykonanie podbudowy, nawierzchnie, obramowania nawierzchni, inne wg kosztorysu), 3) odmulenie i regulacja cieku wodnego i zbiorników, mostki, 4) obiekty małej infrastruktury i wyposażenie (altana, pergola, wyposażenie terenu, siłownia zewnętrzna), 5) wykonanie instalacji elektrycznej, oświetleniowej, 6) zagospodarowanie zieleni. Dodatkowo projekt obejmuje przygotowanie studium wykonalności nadzór inwestorski (budowlany i konserwatorski) oraz promocję projektu. Projekt polega na rewitalizacji, ochronie i nadaniu nowych funkcji: rekreacyjnej, kulturalnej, integracyjnej, turystycznej, dydaktycznej, zabytkowemu parkowi podworskiemu. Beneficjenci ostateczni projektu to wszyscy mieszkańcy gminy, gmin sąsiednich, osoby przejezdne, turyści. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostaną osiągnięte następujące wskaźniki: - Liczba zabytków nieruchomych objętych wsparciem - 1 szt. - Wzrost oczekiwanej liczby odwiedzin w objętych wsparciem miejscach należących do dziedzictwa kulturalnego i naturalnego oraz stanowiących atrakcje turystyczne (CI) – 7534 odw./rok - Liczba osób korzystających z obiektów zasobów kultury objętych wsparciem – docelowo 9352 os/rok. The aim of the project is to develop socio-economic development by protecting and using the region’s cultural heritage to increase social activity and the development of tourism. The scope of the investment includes the following elements: 1) preparatory works, 2) construction of avenues and squares (construction of substructures, surfaces, pavements, other according to the estimate), 3) drainage and regulation of watercourses and reservoirs, bridges, 4) facilities of small infrastructure and equipment (altan, pergola, land equipment, external gym), 5) electrical installation, lighting, 6) green development. In addition, the project includes the preparation of a feasibility study of investor supervision (construction and conservation) and the promotion of the project. The project consists of revitalising, protecting and giving new functions: recreational, cultural, integration, tourist, didactic, historical courtyard park. The final beneficiaries of the project are all residents of the commune, neighbouring communes, passive persons, tourists. The following indicators will be achieved as a result of the project: — Number of immovable monuments covered by the support – 1 pieces. — Increased number of visits to supported sites belonging to cultural and natural heritage and tourist attractions (CI) – 7534 dates/year – Number of persons benefiting from cultural resources supported – targeting 9352 people per year.
