Projekt dotyczy modernizacji energetycznej wielorodzinnych budynków mieszkalnych przy ul. Marii Konopnickiej 9 i 12 w Nowej Sarzynie, oraz redukcja zanieczyszczeń emitowanych do atmosfery z obszaru Gminy Nowa Sarzyna.W budynku przy ul. Marii Konopnickiej 9 zaplanowano: 1. Ocieplenie ściany na gruncie, 2. Ocieplenie ściany zewnętrznej podłużnej, 3. Ocieplenie ściany zewnętrznej szczytowej, 4. Ocieplenie ściany nad gruntem-piwnica, 5. Wymiana okien drewnianych o łącznej powierzchni 7,82 m2 na nowe PVC, 6. Instalacja ogniw fotowoltaicznej 2 sztuk ogniw o łącznej powierzchni 3,25 m2, mocy 250 W, łączna moc instalacji 0,5 kW, W budynku przy ul. Marii Konopnickiej 12 zaplanowano: 1. Ocieplenie ściany na gruncie, 2. Ocieplenie ściany zewnętrznej podłużnej, 3. Ocieplenie ściany zewnętrznej szczytowej, 4. Ocieplenie ściany nad gruntem-piwnica, 5. Ocieplenie stropodachu zewnętrznego, 6. Wymiana oświetlenia w części wspólnej: 48 lamp o mocy 20 W, 7. Instalacja ogniw fotowoltaicznej 4 sztuk ogniw o łącznej powierzchni 6,49 m2, mocy 250 W, łączna moc instalacji 1 kW, Realizacja inwestycji pozwoli na uzyskanie:a) w budynku przy ul. Marii Konopnickiej 9 wskaźnika EP na poziomie 236,98 [kWh/(m2 · rok)] oraz zostanie zmniejszone zapotrzebowanie na zużycie energii o 26,12%,b) w budynku przy ul. Maria Konopnicka 9 and 12 in Nowa Sarzyna, and reduction of pollution emitted into the atmosphere from the area of Nowa Sarzyna commune. Maria Konopnicka 9 is planned to: 1. Wall warming on the ground, 2. Warming of the outer longitudinal wall, 3. Warming of the outer wall of the summit, 4. Wall warming over the ground- cellar, 5. Replacement of wooden windows with a total area of 7.82 m² for new PVC, 6. Installation of photovoltaic cells 2 units of cells with a total area of 3.25 m², power of 250 W, total installation capacity 0.5 kW, In the building at ul. Maria Konopnicka 12 is planned to: 1. Wall warming on the ground, 2. Warming of the outer longitudinal wall, 3. Warming of the outer wall of the summit, 4. Wall warming over the ground- cellar, 5. External ceiling warming, 6. Replacement of lighting in the common part: 48 tubes with a power output of 20 W, 7. Installation of photovoltaic cells 4 units of cells with a total area of 6.49 m², power of 250 W, total installation capacity of 1 kW, implementation of the investment will allow to obtain:a) in the building at ul. Maria Konopnicka 9 EP index at the level of 236,98 [kWh/(m²· year)] and the demand for energy consumption will be reduced by 26.12 %,b) in the building at ul.
