Cel główny: Wzrost aktywności zawodowej 60 os. bezrobotnych po 29 roku życia (35K/25M), z terenu powiatu prudnickiego, brzeskiego, nyskiego, głubczyckiego, namysłowskiego woj. opolskiego, w okresie od 01.05.2017 do 31.01.2018 dzięki zapewnieniu możliwości skorzystania z kompleksowego wsparcia obejmującego: identyfikację potrzeb, poradnictwo zawodowe, szkolenia, staże zawodowe i pośrednictwo pracy. Grupa docelowa: 60 osób bezrobotnych powyżej 30 lat z województwa opolskiego a) Osoby powyżej 50 roku życia; b) Kobiety; c) Osoby z niepełnosprawnościami ; d) Osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach ; e) Osoby długotrwale bezrobotne; f) Osoby posiadające co najmniej jedno dziecko do 6 roku życia lub co najmniej jedno dziecko niepełnosprawne do 18 roku życia; g) Migranci powrotni i imigranci. Główne rezultaty: osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej co najmniej 33% dla osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej, - co najmniej 39% dla kobiet, - co najmniej 33% dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami, - co najmniej 38 % dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach , - co najmniej 30 % dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych , - co najmniej 43 % dla osób niekwalifikujących się do żadnej z powyższych grup docelowych. Główne zadania: 1. Poradnictwo zawodowe, 2. Wsparcie szkoleniowe, 3. Staże zawodowe, 4. Pośrednictwo pracy. (Polish)

Main objective: Increase of 60 unemployed persons after 29 years of age (35K/25M), from the area of Prussia, Brest, Nysa, Łubczycki, Namysłów Opolskie Voivodeship, in the period from 01.05.2017 to 31.01.2018, thanks to the possibility of receiving comprehensive support including: identification of needs, vocational guidance, training, internships and job intermediation. Target group: 60 unemployed persons over 30 years old from Opolskie voivodship a) Persons over 50 years of age; B) Women; persons with disabilities; d) Low-skilled persons; long-term unemployed persons; persons with at least one child under the age of 6 or at least one disabled child under the age of 18; g) Return migrants and immigrants. The main results are: achieve an employment efficiency ratio of at least 33 % for those aged 50 and over, – at least 39 % for women, – at least 33 % for persons with disabilities, – at least 38 % for the low-skilled, – at least 30 % for the long-term unemployed, – at least 43 % for the ineligible for any of these target groups. Main tasks: 1. Career guidance, 2. Training support, 3. Internships, 4. It’s a job mediation. (English)
