Projekt dotyczy przebudowy i adaptacji na cele edukacyjne i kulturalne obiektu zabytkowego objętego ochroną konserwatorską zlokalizowanego przy ul. Zamkowej 6 w Skorogoszczy, w Gminie Lewin Brzeski. Budynek wpisany jest do gminnej ewidencji zabytków pod numerem 481/1297, znajduje się w strefie „A” ochrony konserwatorskiej. Na poziomie parteru części przebudowanej zaprojektowano sale dydaktyczne wraz z zapleczem. Ponadto zaprojektowano szatnię i świetlicę. Kolejnymi pomieszczeniami przyziemia jest węzeł sanitarny dla chłopców i dziewcząt oraz osób niepełnosprawnych, a także pomieszczenie socjalne z WC i portiernia. Zaprojektowano także dwie sale dydaktyczne wraz z zapleczem. W części przebudowanej zaprojektowano klatkę schodową prowadzącą na poddasze budynku. W części rozbudowanej budynku zaprojektowano drugą klatkę schodową prowadzącą na poddasze budynku oraz dźwig osobowy. Na poziomie poddasza części przebudowanej zaprojektowano salę komputerową z serwerownią oraz bibliotekę i sale dydaktyczne wraz z zapleczem. Ponadto zaprojektowano drugi węzeł sanitarny dla chłopców i dziewcząt oraz WC personelu i pomieszczenie porządkowe. W części przebudowanej poddasza zaprojektowano także duży hall, salę konferencyjną oraz salę komputerową. W części rozbudowanej poddasza budynku zaprojektowano klatkę schodową z dźwigiem osobowym. W ramach projektu powstaną niezbędne instalacje i zostanie zakupione wyposażenie. Całkowita powierzchnia użytkowa – 1 107,65 m2, Kubatura budynku (brutto) - 5 051,60 m3. (Polish)

The project concerns the reconstruction and adaptation for educational and cultural purposes of the historic building under conservation protection located at ul. Castle 6 in Skorogoszczy, in Lewin Brzeski Municipality. The building is entered in the municipal register of monuments under number 481/1297, located in zone “A” of conservation protection. At the level of the ground floor of the reconstructed part, the teaching rooms were designed together with the facilities. In addition, a dressing room and a common room were designed. Another ground floor is a sanitary node for boys and girls and people with disabilities, as well as a social room with toilet and porter. Two teaching rooms were also designed with the facilities. A staircase leading to the attic of the building was designed in the rebuilt part. A second staircase leading to the attic of the building and a crane was designed in the expanded part of the building. At the level of the attic of the reconstructed part, a computer room with a server room was designed, as well as a library and teaching rooms along with the facilities. In addition, a second sanitary node for boys and girls was designed, as well as a staff toilet and a cleaning room. A large hall, conference room and a computer room were also designed in the reconstructed attic. A staircase with a passenger crane was designed in the expanded attic of the building. As part of the project, the necessary installations will be created and equipment will be purchased. Total usable area – 1107.65 m², Kubatura building (gross) – 5051.60 m³. (English)
