REGIONALNA DYREKCJA OCHRONY ŚRODOWISKA W OPOLU

Projekt przewiduje: 1. Sporządzenie planów ochrony dla 12 rezerwatów przyrody (Lubsza, Przylesie, Bażany, Płużnica, Przysiecz, Jaskowice, Jeleni Dwór, Przyłęk, Boże Oko, Lesisko, Rogalice, Leśna Woda). 2. Wykonanie zadań z zakresu ochrony czynnej w celu ochrony: - Siedliska 6210, położonego w granicach RP Góra Gipsowa, dla którego plan ochrony wskazał sukcesję muraw oraz ekspansję gatunków niepożądanych jako istniejące zagrożenie. Aby przeciwdziałać ww. zagrożeniom należy wprowadzić ekstensywne użytkowanie oraz usuwać odrosty drzew i krzewów, a także ograniczać ekspansję robinii akacjowej, barszczu Sosnowskiego, trzciny pospolitej oraz trzcinnika piaskowego. W ramach projektu zaplanowano koszenia muraw, trzciny i trzcinnika, wycinanie odrostów gatunków niepożądanych, usuwanie barszczu Sosnowskiego w granicach występowania siedliska oraz w bezpośrednim jego sąsiedztwie. - Siedliska *91E0 i siedliska 91F0, położonych w granicach obszarów Natura 2000: Opolska Dolina Nysy Kłodzkiej (w tym w granicach RP Kokorycz i Dębina), Przyłęk nad Białą Głuchołaską i Żywocickie Łęgi. Sporządzone dla ww. RP plany ochrony oraz dokumentacje sporządzone na potrzeby planów zadań ochronnych dla ww. obszarów Natura 2000 wskazują, że jednym z zagrożeń dla siedlisk jest ekspansja obcych gatunków inwazyjnych tj. rdestowców w przypadku wszystkich ww. obszarów oraz niecierpka gruczołowatego w obszarach Natura 2000 Przyłęk nad Białą Głuchołaską i Żywocickie Łęgi. Rozwiązaniem jest jej ograniczenie poprzez eliminację wszystkich osobników. W ramach projektu za planowano zastosowanie szerokiego katalogu metod zwalczania rdestowców oraz ścinanie i wyrywanie osobników w przypadku niecierpka gruczołowatego. 3. Wzmocnienie instytucjonalne RDOŚ poprzez zakup profesjonalnej stacji graficznej, oprogramowania GIS oraz odbiornika GPS. Zaplanowano działania informacyjne, tj. konferencję poświęconą wymianie doświadczeń w zwalczaniu gatunków inwazyjnych oraz publikację poświęconą tej tematy (Polish)

The project envisages: 1. Preparation of conservation plans for 12 nature reserves (Lubsza, Przylesie, Bażany, Płużnica, Przysiecz, Jaskowice, Jeleni Manor, Przyłęk, Boże Oko, Lesisko, Rogalice, Forest Water). 2. Carrying out active protection tasks for the protection of: — Siedliska 6210, located within the borders of the Republic of Poland, Gipsow Mountain, for which the conservation plan indicated the succession of the grass and the expansion of undesirable species as an existing threat. In order to counteract these threats, it is necessary to introduce extensive use and remove roots of trees and shrubs, as well as limit the expansion of acacia, Sosnowski borscht, reed and sand reed. The project included mowing mowing, cane and cane mowing, cutting the growth of undesirable species, removing Sosnowski’s borscht within the boundaries of the habitat and in its immediate vicinity. — Habitats *91E0 and 91F0 habitats within Natura 2000 sites: Opolska Valley of Nysa Kłodzka (including within the borders of the Republic of Poland kokorycz and Dębina), Przyłęk nad Biała Głuchołaska and Żywocickie Łęgi. Drawn up for the abovementioned. The Polish conservation plans and documentation drawn up for the purposes of conservation tasks plans for these Natura 2000 sites indicate that one of the threats to habitats is the expansion of alien invasive species, i.e. the native species in the above mentioned areas and the impatience of the gland in the Natura 2000 areas of the White Głuchołaska and Żywocickie Łęgi. The solution is to limit it by eliminating all individuals. As part of the project, it was planned to use a broad catalogue of methods for the control of natives and shearing and picking individuals in case of gland impatience. 3. Institutional reinforcement of RDOŚ by purchasing a professional graphics station, GIS software and GPS receiver. Information activities are planned, i.e. a conference on the exchange of experience in the fight against invasive species and a publication on this subject (English)
