    W ramach części projektu dot. instalacji solarnych planuje się zakup i montaż 215 szt. kompletnych instalacji solarnych wspomagających produkcję ciepłej wody użytkowej (c.w.u.) w gospodarstwach indywidualnych. Projekt przewiduje indywidualne dostosowanie wielkości i mocy instalacji do potrzeb danego gospodarstwa na podstawie Programu Funkcjonalno Użytkowego. Projekt przewiduje wspomaganie procesu przygotowania ciepłej wody użytkowej za pośrednictwem systemu solarnego, a tym samym częściowe zastąpienie energii pozyskiwanej ze źródeł konwencjonalnych (węgiel, gaz, olej, energia elektryczna) energią słoneczną pozyskiwaną przez system solarny. Tak pozyskana energia będzie wykorzystywana do podgrzewania ciepłej wody użytkowej. Kolektory słoneczne będą rozmieszczone na powierzchni dachu (w przypadku gdy nie ma możliwości zamontowania kolektorów słonecznych na dachu budynku należy je zamontować na terenie przy wykorzystaniu konstrukcji wolnostojącej) oraz mocowane za pomocą odpowiednich systemów montażowych.
