Celem projektu jest podniesiony poziom kompet. Inter, intra oraz zawodowych lubi okołozawod. u klientów GOPS Ropa zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym, do 31.07.21 r. Projekt realizowany będzie w 18r: VIIIXII, a w 19r i 20r IXII, a w 21r IVII. Gr. docelowa to 48 os. min. 50 to kob., z terenu gm. R., bezrobotne, lubi bierne zawodowo, a w tym tez kształcące się lubi pracujące, lubi pracujące na własnym gospod. rolnym lubi os. z ich rodzin świadczące nieodpłatną pomoc na rzecz prowadzenia gosp. rolnego, wymagające podjęcia pracy poza gosp. rolnym z racji nierentownej działalności, u których stwierdz. niski poziom kompetencji intrapersonalnych i interpersonalnych przydatnych w życiu społ. i zawod. oraz niski poziom kompet. związanych z wykonywaniem danego zawodu.Projekt zawier. 5 zad.: 1 Diagnozę indywidualnych potrzeb i potencj. UP; 2 Pracę socj. skierowaną na BO; 2 Wypłatę zasiłków cel. w.wł.pien. na wydatki w zw. z uczesz. w proj; 4 Zrealizowanie UAI przyjętych na pods. indyw.diagnoz; 5 Weryfikację ISR.Główne rez. proj.: 1 os. z zagr. ubóstw. lub wykl. społ., które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu; 1os. z zagr. ubóstw. lub wykl. społ., poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu programu; 1 os. z zagr. ubóstw. lub wykl. społ., pracujących po opuszczeniu programu; 12 os. o znacznym stopniu niepełnospr., osób z niepełnospr. intelektualną oraz osób niepełnospr.i sprzężonymi, które po zakończeniu udziału w proj. podejmą zatrudnienie 22 os. zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykl. społ., które po zakończeniu udziału w proj. podjmą zatrudnienie (Polish)
