Cel projektu: Aktywna integracja społeczna i zawodowa 20 os. zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym z pow. myślenickiego, prowadząca do zwiększenia szans na ich zatrudnienie (od 2016-10-01 do 2017-12-31) Cel ten zostanie osiągnięty poprzez zindywidualizowane i kompleksowe usługi aktywnej integracji dla konkretnej osoby takie jak: • identyfikacji indywidualnych potrzeb i potencjałów uczestnika, opracowanie INDYWIDUALNEGO PLANU DZIAŁANIA. IPD jest obligatoryjny dla wszystkich uczestników i jest punktem wyjścia do określenia ścieżki wsparcia. • poradnictwo psychologiczne i psychospołeczne • trening kompetencji i umiejętności społecznych • poradnictwo zawodowe i pośrednictwo pracy • kursy i szkolenia umożliwiające nabycie, podniesienie lub zmianę kwalifikacji • staże przygotowujące do podjęcia zatrudnienia TTaki zestaw działań ma na celu osiągniecie rezultatów: -dokonanie postępu w procesie aktywizacji społeczno zatrudnieniowej i zmniejszenie dystansu do zatrudnienia lub podjęcie dalszej aktywizacji - min. 56% UP -Podjęcie zatrudnienia -22% UP (Polish)

Objective of the project: Active social and occupational integration of 20 people at risk of poverty or social exclusion from the Population Area, leading to increased employability (from 2016-10-01 to 2017-12-31) This objective will be achieved through individualised and comprehensive active inclusion services for a specific person such as: • identification of individual needs and potentials of the participant, development of an INDIVIDUAL ACTION plan. IPD is mandatory for all participants and is the starting point for determining the support path. • psychological and psychosocial counseling • training of competences and social skills • vocational counseling and intermediation • courses and training enabling the acquisition, upgrading or retraining of qualifications • traineeships preparing to take up employment TSuch set of actions aims to achieve the results: —progress in the process of socio-employment activation and reducing the distance to employment or further activation – min. 56 % of the Polish University -Employment of employment -22 % of the Polish University (English)
