Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez pracy w powiecie brzeskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez uczestników projektu na poziomie: a) osoby powyżej 50 r.ż. – na poziomie co najmniej 33%, b) osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach– na poziomie co najmniej 38 %, c) osoby długotrwale bezrobotne – na poziomie co najmniej 30%, d) osoby niepełnosprawne– na poziomie 33%, e) kobiety- 39%. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby w wieku 30 lat i więcej zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and more who are unemployed in the Brest County. The main result of the project will be the employment of project participants at the level of: persons over 50 years of age. — at least 33 %, b) low-skilled people- at least 38 %, (c) long-term unemployed – at least 30 %, (d) persons with disabilities – 33 %, (e) women – 39 %. The project will support people aged 30 years and above who are qualified for the aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or the aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)
