Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez pracy w Mieście Nowym Sączu. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez uczestników projektu na poziomie: a) osób powyżej 50 r.ż. – na poziomie co najmniej 33%; b) osób o niskich kwalifikacjach – na poziomie co najmniej 38%; c) osób długotrwale bezrobotnych – na poziomie co najmniej 30%; d) osób z niepełnosprawnościami – na poziomie co najmniej 33%; e) kobiet – 39%. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby w wieku 30 lat i więcej zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Sądecki Urząd Pracy realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and more who are unemployed in Nowy Sącz City. The main result of the project will be the employment of project participants at the level of: persons over 50 years of age. — at least 33 %; low-skilled persons at least 38 %; the long-term unemployed shall be at least 30 %; persons with disabilities, at least 33 %; women – 39 %. The project will support people aged 30 years and above who are qualified for the aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or the aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the Court’s Labour Office will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.
