    Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie szans na rynku pracy uczniów i uczennic szkół zawodowych z terenu Województwa Małopolskiego (w tym Powiatu Wielickiego) poprzez organizację staży dla 129K i 116M, podniesienie kompetencji zawodowych nauczycieli, dostosowanie wyposażenia szkół i placówek do standardów rynkowych oraz przygotowanie kursów i szkoleń dla 1060 beneficjentów w ramach Centrum Kompetencji Zawodowej, spośród których 400 u/u uzyska kwalifikacje w ramach pozaszkolnych form kształcenia w okresie do 28 lutego 2020 roku (37 miesięcy). Grupę docelową stanowią głównie uczniowie i uczennice 3 szkół tworzących wspólny CKZ (w tym 2 CKZiU). Cele zostaną zrealizowane poprzez wsparcie uczniów i uczennic (kursy i szkolenia, staże, doradztwo zawodowe, zajęcia dydaktyczno-wyrównawcze) oraz doposażenie szkół i podnoszenie kwalifikacji kadr.     The main objective of the project is to increase the employability of students and pupils of vocational schools from the area of Małopolska Voivodship (including Wielicki County) by organising internships for 129K and 116M, raising professional competences of teachers, adapting the equipment of schools and institutions to market standards, and preparing courses and trainings for 1060 beneficiaries within the framework of the Centre for Vocational Competence, of which 400 will obtain qualifications in the non-school forms of education in the period until 28 February 2020 (37 months). The target group consists mainly of pupils and pupils of 3 schools forming a joint CKZ (including 2 CKZ). The objectives will be achieved through support of pupils and pupils (courses and trainings, traineeships, professional advice, teaching and equalisation classes) as well as upgrading schools and upgrading staff qualifications.
