Planowana inwestycję podzielono na następujące zadania i działania: 1) Termomodernizacja budynku Szkoły Podstawowej w Brzeznej Litaczu 1.1 Przygotowanie dokumentacji projektowej. 1.2 Termomodernizację budynku 1.3 Remont kotłowni centralnego ogrzewania 1.4 Nadzór inwestorski 1.5 Remont kotłowni CO -koszty niekwalifikowane 2. Termomodernizację budynku Zespołu Szkół Podstawowo - Gimnazjalnych w Podegrodziu 2.1 Przygotowanie dokumentacji projektowej. 2.2 Termomodernizację budynku 2.3 Nadzór inwestorski Wszystkie ujęte w projekcie zadania inwestycyjne wynikają bezpośrednio z załączonych audytów energetycznych, zostały ujęte w sporządzonych dla inwestycji projektach budowlanych i kosztorysach inwestorskich Szczegółowy opis działań w obrębie poszczególnych zadań przedstawiona w pkt. C.2.3, który został sporządzony w oparciu o kosztorys inwestorski oraz audyty. Planowane do realizacji zadania służyć będą realizacji celów związanych z poprawą efektywności energetycznej i redukcji CO2 poprzez głęboką termomodernizację budynków użyteczności publicznej (szkół): docieplenie budynków, wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, wymianę źródła ciepła. Zgodnie z podręcznikiem kwalifikowania wydatków, po stronie kosztów kwalifikowanych (odpowiednio wg kosztorysu dla każdego z 2 budynków) ujęto wydatki specyficzne dla działania 4.3.2 tj. prace termomodernizacyjne prowadzące do uzyskania odpowiednich współczynników przenikania ciepła, zgodnych z obowiązującymi przepisami technicznymi i wymogami z Metodyki oraz wymianę źródła ciepła (SP Brzezna - Litacz) - kotły spalające biomasę, która zapewni redukcję CO2 w odniesieniu do istniejącej instalacji o co najmniej 30%. Dalsza część opisu wymaganego instrukcją zamieszczono w punkcie Q. W wyniku realizacji projektu nastąpi poprawa efektywności energetycznej o 60,3%. (Polish)

The planned investment is divided into the following tasks and activities: 1) Thermomodernisation of the building of the Primary School in Brzezna Litacz 1.1 Preparation of project documentation. 1.2 Thermomodernisation of the building 1.3 Repair of central heating boiler room 1.4 Investor supervision 1.5 Repair of boiler room CO – ineligible costs 2. Thermal modernisation of the building of the Primary and Gymnasian School Complex in Podegrodzie 2.1 Preparation of the project documentation. 2.2 Thermomodernisation of the building 2.3 Investor supervision All the investment tasks included in the project result directly from the enclosed energy audits, are included in the construction projects and investor estimates prepared for the investment. C.2.3, which has been drawn up on the basis of the investor’s estimate and audits. The planned task will serve the objectives of improving energy efficiency and reducing CO2 through a deep thermal modernisation of public buildings (schools): warming of buildings, replacement of window and door carpentry, exchange of heat source. According to the Qualification Manual, eligible costs (according to the cost estimate for each of the 2 buildings respectively) include expenditure specific to measure 4.3.2, i.e. thermal retrofitting works leading to adequate heat transfer coefficients, in accordance with the applicable technical regulations and requirements from Methodics and heat exchange (SP Brzezna – Litacz) – biomass combustion boilers that will ensure a reduction of CO2 for the existing installation by at least 30 %. The further part of the description required by the instructions is set out in point Q. As a result of the project, the energy efficiency will be improved by 60.3 %. (English)
