Projekt jest częścią zintegrowanego regionalnego przedsięwzięcia dotyczącego ograniczenia niskiej emisji oraz wykorzystania odnawialnych źródeł energii. Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja dwóch budynków należących do Wnioskodawcy mająca na celu obniżenia zużycia ciepła i zanieczyszczenia powietrza. Na podstawie wykonanego audytu energetycznego budynków biurowomagazynowego, handlowego wymagane jest przeprowadzenie termomodernizacji w celu wyżej wspomnianego zmniejszenia zapotrzebowania na energię. Na podstawie dokonanej oceny wynikającej z przeprowadzonego audytu energetycznego optymalnym wariantemprzedsięwzięcia termomodernizacyjnego w powyżej opisanych budynkach jest Wariant I polegający na:Budynek sali sprzedeżowej: 1. Ocieplenie podłogi na gruncie w piwnicy2. Ocieplenie podłogi na gruncie na parterze3. Ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych parteru4. Ocieplenie stropodachu5. Wymiana okien 6. Wymiana drzwi zewnętrznych 7. Wymiana istniejącego źródła ciepła na kocioł o wyższej sprawności zasilany gazem ziemnym Budynek magazynowy:1. Ocieplenie podłogi na gruncie 2. Ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych 3. Ocieplenie dachu4. Wymiana okien 5. Wymiana drzwi zewnętrznych 6. Wymiana bram przemysłowych 7. Wymiana istniejącego źródła ciepła na gruntową pompę ciepła 8. Montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej szczegółowy opis w punkcie F. Zakres rzeczowy projektuWnioskodawca posiada pełną gotowość do realizacji operacji tj. posiada dokumenty formalnoprawne nie wnoszącezastrzeżeń do realizacji programu zgodnie z niniejszymi zadaniami. Wnioskodawca posiada prawa własnościowe dobudynku w której zostanie zrealizowana operacja. The project is part of an integrated regional project to reduce low emissions and the use of renewable energy sources. The object of the project is the modernisation of two buildings belonging to the Applicant with the aim of reducing the consumption of heat and air pollution. On the basis of an energy audit of the office warehouse buildings, a thermomodernisation is required in order to reduce the energy demand mentioned above. On the basis of the assessment resulting from the energy audit carried out, the optimal option of thermomodernisation in the buildings described above is Option I, which consists of: 1. Warming the floor on the ground in the basement2. Floor warming on ground floor3. Warming of the outer walls of the ground floor4. Warming of the ceiling5. Window replacement 6.
