Cel Gł.P: Zwiększenie dostępności do edukacji przedszkolnej i wzrost jej jakości przez: utworzenie i doposażenie 20 nowych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego dla dzieci w wieku 3 lat w OWP w Komorowie Gmina Ostrów Mazowiecka (1KF), zajęcia dodatkowe dla (67M53K) 120 w wieku 3-6 lata oraz uzupełnienie kompetencji 6 nauczycielek przez udział w kursach uzupełniających do 30.06.2020 r. Okres realizacji projektu 01.03.2019 r. – 31.08.2020 r (1K.D), realizator: Gmina Ostrów Mazowiecka (2K.D). GOM przed przyg. wniosku o dofinansowanie przeprowadziła w I kw.2018r diagnozę zapotrzebowania na nowe miejsca wychowania przed. i określił zakres wsparcia w ramach projektu na podstawie indywidualnego zapotrzebowania OWP gminy na usługi w zakresie edukacji przedszkolnej, badanie przeprowadzone na gr.10% dzieci z przedszkola objętego wsparciem ich rodz.i naucz.(3K.D). Wielkość Projektu wynika z możliwości lokalowych Gminy ostrów Mazowiecka: -Wyposażenie i adaptacja- prace adaptacyjne szatni, łazienki i sali zabaw, zakup: meble i akcesoria, sprzęt TIK: proj. Multimedialny, tablet z oprogr.,laptop z oprogr., telewizor -Opieka nad dzieckiem–bieżące przez 12 m-cy: nauczycielek OWP–2 etaty, 1 etat -opiekun, koszty części wyżywienia-44000 szt. -Zajęcia stymulujące rozwój psycho-ruchowy - zajęcia ruch/tamiec-80h zegarowych -Kursy i szkolenia doskonalące dla 6 nauczycielek z OWP w Komorowie Okres finans. kosztów związ. z bieżącą działalnością OWP oraz dodatkowych zajęć-12 m-cy (4,5,7K.D). Dodatkowe zajęcia dla dzieci nie są analogiczne, co do treści i odbiorców z zajęciami finans. w przedszkolu w okresie, co naj.12 m-cy poprzedzających złożenie wniosku o dofinansowanie (8K.D).Wnios. oświadcza, iż projekt jest zgodny z prawodawstwem krajowym, w tym z ustawą PZP (6KF). Head P objective: Increasing accessibility to pre-school education and increasing its quality by: creation and refurbishment of 20 new preschooling places for children aged 3 years in the OWP in Komorów The municipality of Ostrów Mazowiecka (1KF), additional classes for (67M53K) 120 aged 3-6 and supplementing the competences of 6 teachers by participating in supplementary courses until 30.06.2020. The period of implementation of the project 01.03.2019-31.08.2020 (1K.D), the realisation of: Ostrów Mazowiecka commune (2K.D.). The GOM, prior to the application for funding, carried out in the first quarter of 2018 a diagnosis of the need for new places of upbringing before. and defined the scope of support within the project on the basis of the individual needs of the municipality’s GWP for preschool education services, a study carried out on gr.10 % of children from kindergarten supported by their families and learn.(3K.D.). The size of the Project results from the local capacity of the Ostrów Mazowiecka commune: —Equipment and adaptation – changing rooms, bathrooms and playrooms, purchase: furniture and accessories, ICT equipment: it’s a project. Multimedia, tablet with prog., laptop with a radius, TV – Childcare-current for 12 m: teachers OWP-2 posts, 1 posts -career, costs of food parts-44000 pcs. —Training activities stimulating psycho-motor development – exercises/traffic/tamiec-80h clocks – Courses and trainings perfecting for 6 teachers from the OWP in Komorów Financial Period of costs related to the current activities of the PLO and additional activities of 12 months (4,5,7K.D). Additional activities for children are not analogous as to the content and recipients of financial classes in kindergarten during the period of at least 12 months prior to the submission of the application for funding (8K.D.) Application declares that the project complies with national legislation, including the PZP (6KF).
