Celem nadrzędnym projektu jest poprawa funkcjonalności przestrzeni publicznej i ograniczenie zjawiska wykluczenia społecznego dzięki rewitalizacji obszaru problemowego Gminy Końskowola. Zakres projektu obejmuje uporządkowanie wraz z zagospodarowaniem Rynku w Końskowoli i jego otoczenia (wraz z parkingiem), w tym: montaż kanalizacji sanitarnej i deszczowej grawitacyjnej, uporządkowanie zieleni (nasadzenie drzew w formie szpalerów), przebudowa przyległych dróg publicznych, przebudowa ciągów dla pieszych, budowa zatok postojowych (na 50 stanowisk) oraz budowę płyty rynku-zgodnie z projektem i kosztorysami. W ramach rekultywacji obszaru przewiduje się także zagospodarowanie terenu przy budynku za pomocą elementów małej architektury: budowa fontanny, budowa placu zabaw , montaż oświetlenia. Kluczowe rezultaty projektu wyrażone wskaźnikami rezultatu to: liczba osób korzystających z obiektów infrastruktury społecznej/kulturalnej/turystycznej, wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych podmiotach. Grupą docelową projektu są mieszkańcy Gminy Końskowola, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem mieszkańców obszaru rewitalizacji. Cel główny projektu zostanie zrealizowany poprzez realizację celów szczegółowych jakie wynikły z analizy problemów i potrzeb beneficjentów. (Polish)

The overarching objective of the project is to improve the functionality of the public space and reduce the phenomenon of social exclusion by revitalising the problem area of Końskowola commune. The scope of the project includes ordering together with the development of the market in Końskowola and its surroundings (including parking), including: installation of sanitary and rain-gravity sewage system, green order (planting of trees in the form of columns), reconstruction of adjacent public roads, reconstruction of pedestrian lines, construction of parking bays (for 50 stations) and construction of a market slab according to design and estimates. As part of the remediation of the area, it is also envisaged to develop the site next to the building by means of small architectural elements: construction of a fountain, construction of a playground, installation of lighting. The key results of the project as expressed in result indicators are: number of people using social/cultural/tourism infrastructure facilities, increased employment in supported entities. The target group of the project is the residents of the Końskowola commune, with particular attention to the inhabitants of the revitalisation area. The main objective of the project will be achieved through the implementation of the specific objectives resulting from the analysis of the problems and needs of beneficiaries. (English)
