Grupę docelową projektu będzie stanowić 50 osób niepełnosprawnych (stopień lekki i umiarkowany). Będą to: 1. osoby zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym;2. z terenu woj. lubelskiego (zamieszkujące na obszarze woj. lubelskiego w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego); 3. Wśród uczestników projektu będą mieszkańcy co najmniej dwóch gmin, na terenie kt. odsetek osób korzystających ze świadczeń pomocy społecznej z powodu ubóstwa jest wyższy niż średnia dla województwa lubelskiego; 4. Z wykształceniem co najmniej średnim (dot. szk. Kadry i płace oraz Projektowanie stron www). Formy wsparcia dla uczestników/czek: 1. Trening kompetencji i umiejętności społecznych - 32 godz dyd/gr - 4 dni po 8 godz. zajeć. 2. Poradnictwo psychologiczne (2 godz zegarowe/osoba) - 1 spotkanie; 3. Indywidualne poradnictwo specjalistyczne (prawne/obywatelskie) - 2 godz zeg/os - 1 spotk.; 4. Indywidualne doradztwo zawodowe - IPD (3 godz zegarowe/osoba) - 2 spotkania; 5. Grupowe doradztwo zawodowe - 32 godz dyd/gr - 4 dni zajęć; 6. Pośrednictwo pracy; 7. Szkolenie zawodowe - 180 godz dyd/gr, średnio 6-8 godz/dzień, ok. 23 dni zajęć; 8. Staż zawodowy - 3 m-ce/osoba. The target group of the project will consist of 50 people with disabilities (light and moderate). It will be: 1. persons at risk of poverty or social exclusion;2. from the Lublin Voivodeship (inhabiting in the Lublin Voivodeship within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code); 3. Group vocational counselling – 32 hrs/gr – 4 days of classes; 6. Intermediation of work; 7. Vocational training – 180 hd/gr, average 6-8 hours/day, approx. 23 days of classes; 8.
