Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja budynku przedszkola zlokalizowanego w Milanówku przy ul. Warszawskiej 18A. Dotychczasowy stan techniczny i energetyczny budynku objętego projektem jest dalece niezadowalający. Budynek wykazuje znaczne straty energii cieplnej (wskaźnik rocznego zapotrzebowania na ciepło do ogrzewania budynku, z uwzględnieniem sprawności systemu grzewczego i przerw w ogrzewaniu przed termomodernizacją wynosi 326,38kWh/m2rok a po termomodernizacji wynosić będzie 68,41kWh/m2rok), co spowodowane jest nieocieplonymi ścianami, stropami, nieefektywnym systemem cieplnym oraz złym stanem technicznym stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej. Celem ogólnym projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynku i poprawa czystości powietrza poprzez redukcję zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery. Cel ten zostanie zrealizowany poprzez realizację celów bezpośrednich, jakie wynikły z analizy problemów i potrzeb beneficjenta. Cele te zostały określone następująco: • efektywne wykorzystanie energii cieplnej, • obniżenie kosztów ogrzewania obiektu, • wykorzystanie energii pochodzącej z odnawialnych źródeł energii, • poprawa warunków użytkowania obiektu użyteczności publicznej. Korzyści wynikające z projektu to - oszczędność zapotrzebowania na energię o 78,76%, podwyższenie standardu energetycznego budynku o 257,97kWh/m2rok , zmniejszenie kosztów zużycia energii o 25.275,54 PLN/rok, stopień redukcji CO2 o 28,4Mg co stanowi 77,38%. Projekt jest zgodny z Planem Gospodarki Niskoemisyjnej Gminy Milanówek. Projekt obejmuje działania m.im.: docieplenie ścian i stropodachu, wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, instalacji c.w.u i c.o, montaż kotła gazowego kondensacyjnego, OZE-pompy ciepła typu woda-powietrze, prace wykończeniowe które sprawiają, że projekt jest w pełni funkcjonalny i nie wymaga wykonania dodatkowych działań. Bezpośrednimi beneficjentami projektu będą dzieci w wieku do lat 6 oraz pracownicy. (Polish)

The subject of the project is the thermal modernisation of the kindergarten building located in Milanówek on ul. Warsaw 18A. The current technical and energy status of the building covered by the project is extremely unsatisfactory. The building exhibits significant thermal energy losses (an annual heat demand indicator for building heating, taking into account the efficiency of the heating system and breaks in heating before thermal modernisation is 326.38 kWh/m2year and after the thermal modernisation will be 68.41 kWh/m2year), which is due to unwarmed walls, ceilings, inefficient thermal system and poor technical condition of window and door carpentry. The overall objective of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of the building and improve air purity by reducing pollution into the atmosphere. This objective will be achieved through the implementation of the direct objectives resulting from the analysis of the problems and needs of the beneficiary. These objectives are set out as follows: • efficient use of heat energy, • reduction of heating costs of the facility, • use of energy from renewable energy sources, • improvement of conditions of use of the public utility facility. The benefits of the project are – saving energy demand by 78.76 %, increasing the building’s energy standard by 257.97 kWh/m2year, reduction of energy consumption costs by PLN 25.275,54/year, CO2 reduction by 28.4Mg, which is 77.38 %. The project is in line with the Plan of the Low-Emission Economy of Milanówek Municipality. The project includes activities, among others: warming of walls and ceilings, replacement of window and door carpentry, central heating and central heating systems, installation of a condensing gas boiler, RES-water-air heat pumps, finishing works that make the project fully functional and does not require additional activities. Direct beneficiaries of the project will be children under the age of 6 and employees. (English)
