Projekt "Zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej w budynkach użyteczności publicznej w Gminie Stromiec" obejmie: 1. Budynek Urzędu Gminy – ulica Piaski 4 : Ocieplenie dachu, Modernizacja przegrody Podłoga na gruncie – ocieplenie, Modernizacja przegrody Ściana zewnętrzna podziemia gr. 38 cm – ocieplenie, Ocieplenie ścian warstwowych gr. 43 cm, Modernizacja przegrody Strop zewnętrzny żerański – ocieplenie, Wymiana drzwi i okien, Kolektory solarne, Wymiana opraw na źródła energooszczędne LED; 2. Budynek Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej – Boska Wola: Modernizacja przegrody Strop zewnętrzny – ocieplenie, Ocieplenie dachu, Ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych gr. 42 cm, Wymiana drzwi i okien, Kolektory solarne, Wymiana opraw na źródła energooszczędne LED; 3. Budynek Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej – Boże: Modernizacja przegrody Strop zewnętrzny – ocieplenie, Ocieplenie dachu, Modernizacja przegrody Ściana zewnętrzna gr. 42 cm – ocieplenie, Wymiana drzwi i okien, Kolektory solarne, Wymiana opraw na źródła energooszczędne LED. Głównymi celami projektu są: • Zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynków użyteczności publicznej na terenie gminy Stromiec; • Zmniejszenie emisji CO2. Cele cząstkowe projektu obejmują między innymi: • Zwiększenie atrakcyjności gminy dla przyszłych i obecnych mieszkańców; • Poprawa warunków życia na obszarach o najmniejszych perspektywach rozwojowych w regionie. Projekt ukierunkowany jest na wspomaganie procesu zmniejszenia zapotrzebowania na energie? i zwiększania świadomości ekologicznej mieszkańców. Środki finansowe na pokrycie wkładu własnego zostaną zabezpieczone w budżecie Gminy Stromiec. Projekt odpowiada na potrzeby Beneficjentów – mieszkańców Gminy Stromiec i całego regionu, zidentyfikowane w Planie Gospodarki Niskoemisyjnej, dotyczących jakości powietrza. Dbałość o polepszanie stopy życiowej mieszkańców, w tym czystego powietrza, działań proekologicznych pozytywnie wpłynie na wizerunek Gminy. (Polish)

Volunteer Fire Service Building – Divine Will: Modernisation of the external ceiling partition – warming, roof warming, insulation of external walls gr. 42 cm, Replacement of doors and windows, Solar collectors, Replacement of luminaires for energy-saving LED sources; 3. The Volunteer Fire Service Building – God: Modernisation of the bulkhead The outer ceiling – warming, roof warming, Modernisation of the bulkhead The outer wall gr. 42 cm – warming, Replacement of doors and windows, solar collectors, Replacement of luminaires into energy-saving LED sources. The main objectives of the project are: • Increasing the energy efficiency of public buildings in the municipality of Stromiec; • Reducing CO2 emissions. The project’s sub-objectives shall include, inter alia: • Increasing the attractiveness of the municipality for future and present residents; • Improving living conditions in areas with the lowest development prospects in the region. The project is aimed at supporting the process of reducing the demand for energy? and increasing the awareness of residents. The funds to cover the own contribution will be secured in the budget of the Municipality of Stromiec. The project meets the needs of the beneficiaries – residents of the municipality of Stromiec and the whole region, identified in the Low-Emission Economy Plan, concerning air quality. Attention to improving the living standards of residents, including clean air, environmental measures will have a positive impact on the image of the community. (English)
