Głównym celem projektu pn. "Aktywizacja zawodowa osób po 30 roku życia z terenu powiatu janowksiego III" będzie zwięszenie zatrudnienia osób po 30 roku życia oraz osób odchodzących z rolnictwa w wieku 30 + dla których został ustalony I lub II profil pomocy z terenu powiatu janowskiego, znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy. Założony cel zostanie osiągnięty w okresie realizacji projektu tj. od 01.01.2017r. do 31.03.2018r. W ramach projektu wsparciem objętych zostanie 164os.(71 kobiet i 93 mężczyzn).Każdy z uczestników projektu otrzyma konkretną ofertę aktywizacji zawodowej poprzez analizę umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP w Janowie Lubelskim będzie realizować odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w Ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Zaplanowane działania dla uczestników projektu to : Indywidualny Plan Działania, doradztwo zawodowe i pośrednictwo pracy dla wszystkich uczestników projektu(164os.-71 kobiet i 93 mężczyzn),staż zawodowy dla 121 osób(60 kobiet i 61mężczyzn), szkolenia zawodowe w tym: (grupowe)dla10 mężczyzn pn."Operator wózków jezdniowych z napędem silnikowym" ,szkolenia indywidualne dla 43 osób ( 16k+27mężczyzn),dopos. lub wypos. stan. pracy dla 30 osób(10kobiet i 20 mężczyzn). W efekcie realizacji projektu zatrudnienie podejmie co najmniej: - wśród os. w wieku 50 lat i więcej ( 33% uczest. danej grupy tj. -4 os.), - wśród kobiet( 39%uczest. danej grupy tj. - 28 os.), - wśród os. niepełnospr.(33%uczest. danej grupytj. - 1 os.), - wśród osób dług. bezrob.(30%uczest. danej grupy tj. - 26os.), - wśród osób o niskich kwalifik. (38%uczest. danej grupy tj. - 12 os.), Ponadto planuje się, iż zatrud. wśród rolników podejmie co najmniej 22% uczestników danej grupy tj.2os. Przewiduje się,iż śr. 5%uczest.projek.(8 os.) może zak.udz.w proj.niezgodnie z zaplan.dla nich ścieżką wsparcia. (Polish)

The main objective of the project, n. “The occupational activation of persons over 30 years of age from the area of Janoksy III” will be the increase in employment of persons over the age of 30 and those leaving agriculture aged 30 + for whom the I or II profile of aid from Janów County, who are in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market, has been established. The target will be achieved during the project implementation period, i.e. from 01.01.2017 to 31.03.2018. The project will support 164 people (71 women and 93 men).Each participant will receive a specific offer of professional activation by analysing the skills, predispositions and problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, PUP in Janów Lubelski will implement appropriately selected services and instruments of the labour market, referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. Planned actions for project participants are: Individual Action Plan, Vocational Advice and Job Intermediation for all project participants(164persons-71 women and 93 men), professional internship for 121 persons(60 women and 61 men), vocational training including: (group)for 10 men called “Motor-driven carriage operator”, individual training for 43 people (16k+ 27 men), supply or condition of work for 30 persons(10 women and 20 men). As a result of the project, employment will take place at least: — among people aged 50 years and over (33 % of participants in a given group i.e. —4 persons), – among women (39 % of the group concerned, i.e. — 28 persons), – among the under-properties (33 % of the participation of a given group). — 1 persons), – among persons debt. unemployment.(30 % participation of a given group i.e. — 26 people), – among low-skilled people. (38 % participation of a given group i.e. — 12 persons), In addition, it is planned that farmers will employ at least 22 % of the participants in a given group, i.e.2 people.
