Realizacja Projektu ma na celu aktywizację społeczną, kulturową i turystyczną zabytkowego Ratusza i Rynku w Końskowoli - dwóch obiektów o istotnym znaczeniu kulturowym i historycznym dla regionu lubelskiego. Obiekty są ze sobą ściśle funkcjonalnie powiązane (Ratusz stoi w centrum Rynku), stanowią jednak odrębne zabytki. Obecnie wyłączony z użytku budynek dawnego Ratusza zostanie poddany kompleksowej restauracji, w wyniku czego powstanie budynek 2-kondygnacyjny częściowo podpiwniczony, o wys. kalenicy ok. 11,7m i pow. użytk. 707,5m2. Ratuszowi przywrócona zostanie historyczna bryła wg zachowanych danych ikonograficznych. Ratusz zostanie wyposażony w instalacje niezbędne dla projektowanych funkcji (elektryczna, teletechniczna, wod.-kan., gazowa, centralne ogrzewanie i ciepła woda użytkowa (kotłownia gazowa), wentylacja, instalacja ciepła technologicznego) oraz w podstawowe meble i urządzenia. W podziemiach Ratusza powstanie Muzeum Tęczyńskich wykorzystujące techniki multimedialne do prezentacji treści historycznych. Eksponaty do Muzeum (25 szt.) zapewnia Partner - po ich konserwacji, digitalizacji i wykonaniu wiernych kopii będą eksponowane w gablotach i w postaci multimedialnej. Pozostałe pomieszczenia służyć będą realizacji specyficznego programu kulturalno-edukacyjnego opartego między innymi na tradycjach różanych Końskowoli i unikatowym końskowolskim Święcie Róż. Drugi obiekt zabytkowy - Rynek - po przeprowadzeniu koniecznych prac odzyska swój historyczny centrotwórczy charakter, stanie się miejscem aktywności ludzkiej. Działania w obrębie Rynku obejmują: wykonanie nawierzchni pieszych i kołowych (w części zach. i półn.) z 46 miejscami parkingowymi, odwodnienie terenu, adaptację i uzupełnienie zieleni ozdobnej, wykonanie drobnych form architektury (m.in. fontanna, ławki), wykonanie oświetlenia Rynku (34 latarnie). Odnowiony plac Rynku zajmuje powierzchnię 9665m2. Rezultaty projektu: wzrost liczby odwiedzin w obiektach i korzystających z oferty obiektów. (Polish)

The project is aimed at the social, cultural and tourist activation of the historic Town Hall and Market Square in Końskowola – two objects of cultural and historical significance for the Lublin region. The objects are closely related to each other (Ratusz is located in the centre of the Market Square), but they are separate monuments. At present, the former Town Hall building will undergo a comprehensive restaurant, as a result of which a 2-storey, partially cellared building will be built, with a ridge height of approx. 11.7 m and area of use. 707,5 m². The city hall will be restored to a historical piece according to preserved iconographic data. The town hall will be equipped with installations necessary for the designed functions (electrical, teletechnical, water-channel, gas, central heating and hot water (gas boiler), ventilation, technological heat installation) and basic furniture and equipment. In the basement of the Town Hall, the Tęczyński Museum will be established using multimedia techniques to present historical content. The exhibits for the Museum (25 pieces) are provided by the Partner – after their preservation, digitisation and execution of faithful copies will be displayed in display cases and in multimedia form. The rest of the rooms will be used to implement a specific cultural and educational programme based, among others, on the traditions of roses of Końskowola and the unique horse-wolf Rose Festival. The second historic building – the Market Square – after carrying out the necessary works will regain its historical central character, becoming a place of human activity. Market activities include: construction of pedestrian and circular surfaces (in winter and half areas) with 46 parking spaces, dehydration of the area, adaptation and replenishment of ornamental greenery, making small forms of architecture (e.g. fountain, benches), illumination of the Market Square (34 lanterns). The renovated square of the Market occupies an area of 9665 m². Results of the project: increase in the number of visits in facilities and using the offer of facilities. (English)
