"ELTEM" SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ

Projekt jest działaniem służącym realizacji przyjętej przez ELTEM Sp. z o o. ogólnej strategii rozwoju firmy, ukierunkowanej na rozwój produktu i rynku. Głównym celem projektu jest wdrożenie wyników samodzielnie przeprowadzonych prac badawczo - rozwojowych. Cele operacyjne projektu to: 1) Uruchomienie produkcji systemu inteligentnego sterowania, stanowiącego innowację produktową, 2) wprowadzenie innowacji organizacyjnej, 3) wzrost stopnia internacjonalizacji przedsiębiorstwa 4) podjęcie współpracy z jednostką naukową Posiadamy wyniki własnych prac B+R, które dotyczą innowacyjnego systemu sterowania wyposażeniem pojazdu specjalnego. Dzięki wdrożeniu tego rozwiązania poszerzymy ofertę wyrobów. Opracowany system sterowania jest ulepszeniem już istniejących rozwiązań, polegającym na tym, że jednostką centralną odpowiedzialną za wykonywanie programu jest układ decyzyjny trwale połączony z instalacją pojazdu. Nowością jest to, iż moduły wyjściowe umieszczone w jednostce centralnej (module wykonawczym) wyposażone są we własne algorytmy sterowania i cechują się autonomią działania, dzięki czemu awaria jednego elementu systemu nie paraliżuje całego obwodu. Projekt zakłada wprowadzenie nowej metody organizacyjnej w zakresie współpracy z klientami. Nowym rozwiązaniem będzie moduł "Ofertowanie", sprzężony ze zintegrowanym systemem informatycznym, funkcjonującym w ELTEM sp. z o.o. Powyższe cele operacyjne zostaną zrealizowane dzięki modernizacji starej części budynku produkcyjnego i zakupie niezbędnych maszyn, urządzeń i wyposażenia (w tym oprogramowania komputerowego). Uruchomimy produkcję, która dostarczy producentom pojazdów specjalnych produkt pozytywnie wpływający na funkcjonowanie ich łańcucha wartości. Dzięki temu wzmocnimy swoją pozycję konkurencyjną na rynku polskim i wejdziemy na nowy dla nas rynek Serbii Projekt jest zgodny z obowiązującym prawem i respektuje wszystkie polityki horyzontalne Unii Europejskiej. The project is an action to implement the company’s overall development strategy, adopted by Eltem Sp. z o. o., aimed at product and market development. The main objective of the project is to implement the results of self-contained research and development. The operational objectives of the project are: 1) Launch of the production of intelligent control system, which is a product innovation, 2) introduction of organisational innovation, 3) increase of the degree of internationalisation of the enterprise 4) taking up cooperation with the scientific unit We have the results of our own R & D works, which concern the innovative control system of equipment of a special vehicle. Thanks to the implementation of this solution, we will expand our range of products. The developed control system is an improvement of existing solutions, whereby the central unit responsible for the execution of the program is the decision-making system permanently connected to the installation of the vehicle. A novelty is that the output modules placed in the central unit (executive modules) are equipped with their own control algorithms and are autonomous, so that failure of one component of the system does not paralyse the entire circuit. The project assumes the introduction of a new organizational method in terms of cooperation with clients. The new solution will be the “offering” module, coupled with an integrated IT system operating in Eltem sp. z o.o. The above operational objectives will be achieved by modernising the old part of the production building and purchasing the necessary machines, equipment and equipment (including computer software). We will launch a production that will provide special vehicle manufacturers with a positive impact on the functioning of their value chain. Thanks to this, we will strengthen our competitive position on the Polish market and enter the new Serbian market for us.The project complies with the applicable law and respects all horizontal policies of the European Union.
