Celem głównym projektu jest: poprawa funkcjonowania zbiorczego systemu kanalizacji sanitarnej na terenie gminy Piaski. Grupą docelową są odbiorcy usług w zakresie zaopatrzenia w wodę oraz odbioru ścieków z terenu gminy Piaski (w tym m.in. z terenu aglomeracji w zakresie rozbudowy oczyszczalni ścieków). Przewidywana liczba osób, które skorzystają z ulepszonego oczyszczania ścieków wyniesie 3000. Zakres projektu obejmuje przebudowę istniejącej oczyszczalni ścieków. Przebudowa obejmie: pompownię główną, stację ścieków dowożonych, reaktor biologiczny z komorą wydzielonej stabilizacji i osadnikiem wtórnym, komorę zagęszczania osadu - istniejącą, stację dmuchaw, zbiornik retencyjny wód deszczowych i nadmiarowych poj. 160 m3, budynek socjalno - techniczny - istniejący, AKPIA + GSM, rurociągi technologiczne, sieci i instalacje elektryczne, roboty drogowe, place i ukształtowanie terenu, rozruch technologiczny. Przedmiotowe przedsięwzięcie ma na celu dostosowanie oczyszczalni do przyjęcia i oczyszczenia całej przewidywanej docelowej ilości ścieków i zanieczyszczeń oraz usprawnienie eksploatacji i zwiększenie pewności działania. Po przebudowie projektowana wielkość przewiduje wzrost obsługi z 1575 RLM do 3564 RLM. Kolejnym elementem jest stworzenie serwisu umożliwiającego dokonywanie transakcji on-line oraz wykorzystanie serwisu internetowego lub innych narzędzi ICT w celu oceny poziomu satysfakcji użytkowników z otrzymanych usług. The main objective of the project is to: improving the functioning of the collective sanitary system in the municipality of Piaski. The target group is the recipients of services in the field of water supply and waste water collection from the municipality of Piaski (including, among others, from the agglomeration area in the scope of expansion of the sewage treatment plant). The estimated number of people who will benefit from improved waste water treatment will be 3000. The scope of the project includes the reconstruction of the existing sewage treatment plant. The reconstruction will include: main pumping room, transport sewage station, biological reactor with separate stabilisation chamber and secondary settler, sediment compaction chamber – existing, blower station, rainwater retention tank and excess water streams. 160 m³, social and technical building – existing, ACPIA + GSM, technological pipelines, networks and electrical installations, road works, squares and terrain, technological start-up. The aim of the project is to adapt the treatment plant to the adoption and treatment of all the expected waste water and pollution targets and to improve the operation and security of operation. After the reconstruction, the design size foresees an increase in service from 1575 RLM to 3564 RLM. Another element is the creation of a service that enables online transactions and the use of a website or other ICT tools to assess the level of satisfaction of users with the services received.
