Celem projektu jest podniesienie konkurencyjności i innowacyjności FOS-Design poprzez inwestycję w wdrożenie wyników prac B+R w zakresie wytwarzania płyt z odpadów opakowaniowych w meblarstwie. Idea wytworzenia ekologicznego materiału do wykorzystania w meblach jest pomysłem właścicieli spółki, którzy wraz ze swoimi pracownikami przeprowadzili wstępne badania w zakresie możliwości uzyskania płyty z surowców powstałych w wyniku recyklingu odpadów opakowaniowych. Zakupione wyniki prac B+R potwierdzają, iż możliwe jest wytwarzanie tego typu płyt i że jest to nowość na skalę światową. Realizacja projektu zostanie zrealizowana poprzez realizację dwóch zadań. Pierwszym są prace budowlane mające na celu poprawę warunków lokalowych firmy, co umożliwi jej rozwój i poprawę warunków pracy. Drugie zadanie to zakup środków trwałych - w pełni automatycznych maszyn i urządzeń umożliwiających wytworzenie i pełną obróbkę nowego surowca (prasa, szlifierka, okleiniarka, piła formatowa, centrum obróbcze CNC), zakup oprogramowania do projektowania oraz zakup systemu centralnego odpylania, podnoszącego wydajność poprzez poprawę warunków pracy, co przełoży się na większą produktywność i tym samym, konkurencyjność firmy. Grupą docelową, do której firma kieruje swój wyrób są klienci indywidualni i instytucjonalni, poszukujący nowoczesnych, solidnie wykonanych mebli, które jednocześnie wyróżnia fakt użycia ekologicznego, innowacyjnego na światową skalę elementu jakim jest płyta z odpadów. Głównym odbiorcą, na którym chce się skupiać Wnioskodawca są jednak przedszkola i żłobki, odbiorcy mebli z serii locomoco, które stanowią dla firmy priorytet działalności i których eksport firma planuje rozpocząć. W ramach projektu osiągnięte zostaną wskaźniki rezultatu: wzrost zatrudnienia (2 EPC), innowacja produktowa (1), przychody w I. roku po zakończeniu (500tys zł), wdrożone wyniki B+R (1) i wsk. produktu - wsparte przedsiębiorstwo (1), inwestycje prywatne (897378,47 zł), dostosowane obiekty (1). The aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness and innovation of FOS-Design by investing in implementation of R & D results in the production of packaging waste boards in furniture. The idea of creating ecological material for use in furniture is an idea of the company’s owners, who, together with their employees, carried out preliminary studies on the possibility of obtaining a board from raw materials resulting from recycling of packaging waste. The purchased results of R & D work confirm that it is possible to produce this type of plates and that it is a novelty on a global scale. The implementation of the project will be carried out through two tasks. The first is construction works aimed at improving the company’s premises, which will enable it to develop and improve working conditions. The second task is to purchase fixed assets – fully automatic machines and equipment enabling the production and full processing of the new raw material (press, grinder, edgebander, format saw, CNC machining center), purchase of design software and purchase of a central dust removal system that improves productivity by improving working conditions, which will result in increased productivity and thus competitiveness of the company. The target group to which the company directs its product are individual and institutional customers, looking for modern, well-made furniture, which at the same time distinguishes the fact of the use of an ecological, innovative on a global scale element such as waste board. The main recipient on which the applicant wants to focus are, however, kindergartens and nurseries, recipients of locomoco furniture, which are a priority for the company’s activities and whose export the company plans to start. The project will achieve result indicators: employment growth (2 FTE), product innovation (1), revenues in the first year after completion (PLN 500thousand), implemented R & D results (1) and product-supported company (1), private investments (PLN 897378,47), customised facilities (1).
