Głównym celem projektu jest utworzenie innowacyjnego Centrum rehabilitacji i diagnostyki narządu wzroku poprzez udoskonalenie świadczonych usług z zakresu rehabilitacji, diagnostyki i leczenia narządu wzroku z wykorzystaniem innowacyjnych urządzeń i specjalistycznych programów terapeutycznych. GŁÓWNE ZADANIA: 1) doposażenie istniejących gabinetów w nowoczesny sprzęt rehabilitacyjny oraz diagnostyczny układu wzrokowego; 2) uruchomienie i wyposażenie mobilnego gabinetu rehabilitacji i diagnostyki układu wzroku; 3) uruchomienie wypożyczalni sprzętu do rehabilitacji układu wzrokowego w miejscu pobytu pacjenta; 4) nawiązanie współpracy z lokalnymi ośrodkami uniwersyteckimi w celu prowadzenia wspólnych badań naukowych oraz ich publikacji dla dalszego rozwoju usług medycznych z zakresu rehabilitacji, diagnostyki i leczenia układu wzrokowego; 5) zmiana dotychczasowej organizacji pracy Centrum, poprzez zastosowanie outsourcingu produkcji półproduktów wyrobów medycznych. WSKAŹNIKI: wzrost zatrudnienia, wprowadzenie innowacji wpływających na poszerzenie i ulepszenie zakresu usług, innowacji organizacyjnych i nietechnologicznych; GRUPY DOCELOWE: 1) pacjenci z wrodzonymi lub rozwojowymi dysfunkcjami układu wzrokowego; 2) pacjenci z powikłaniami narządu wzroku po przebytych chorobach O.U.N, etc.; 3) pacjenci w/w (w punkcie 1 i 2) pozostający pod opieką w miejscu zamieszkania. OPIS USŁUG: 1) Rehabilitacja narządu wzroku oparta na kompleksowej diagnostyce optometryczno - okulistycznej; 2) Rehabilitacja narządu wzroku wraz z diagnostyką optometryczno - okulistyczną, prowadzona w miejscu pobytu pacjenta oparta na funkcjonowaniu gabinetu mobilnego; 3) Diagnostyka: a) badania okulistyczne, ukierunkowane na diagnozę i leczenie chorób oczu; b) badania optometryczne - ukierunkowane na diagnozę wady wzroku oraz funkcji pracy układu wzrokowego [zezy jawne i okresowe, diplopie,etc.]; 4) Usługi wypożyczalni sprzętów do ćwiczeń wzrokowych w miejscu zamieszkania pacjenta. The main objective of the project is to create an innovative centre for the rehabilitation and diagnostics of the vision organ by improving the services provided in the field of rehabilitation, diagnosis and treatment of the eye organ using innovative devices and specialised therapeutic programs. MAIN TASKS: 1) retrofitting existing offices with modern rehabilitation and diagnostic equipment of the visual system; 2) commissioning and equipment of the mobile office of rehabilitation and diagnostics of the vision system; 3) start the rental of visual system rehabilitation equipment at the patient’s place of residence; 4) establish cooperation with local university centres to conduct joint scientific research and publish them for the further development of medical services in the field of rehabilitation, diagnosis and treatment of the visual system; 5) Change the organisation of the Centre’s work so far through outsourcing of the production of semi-finished products of medical devices. INDICATORS: employment growth, innovations influencing the broadening and improvement of services, organisational and non-technological innovations; TARGET GROUPS: 1) patients with congenital or developmental visual dysfunction; 2) patients with visual complications after O.U.N. disease, etc.; 3) patients in the above-mentioned patients (in sections 1 and 2) being cared for at the place of residence. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: 1) Rehabilitation of the visual organ based on comprehensive optical and ophthalmic diagnostics; 2) Rehabilitation of the visual organ with optometric and ophthalmological diagnostics carried out at the patient’s place of residence based on the functioning of the mobile office; 3) Diagnostics: ophthalmological examinations aimed at the diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases; B) optimometric examinations – aimed at the diagnosis of visual defects and function of the visual system [overt and periodic emergencies, diplopies, etc.]; 4) Services of rental equipment for visual exercises in the patient’s place of residence.
