Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa zdolności do zatrudnienia 48 uczniów ZSP3 oraz ZSP15 przez dodatkowe zajęcia specjalistyczne, nabycie i potwierdzenie kompetencji w obszarze technologii pozyskiwania energii ze źródeł odnawialnych oraz realizację staży zawodowych w powiązaniu z otoczeniem społ.-gosp. w okresie od 01.03.2019 do 28.02.2021. Grupę docelową projektu stanowi 48 uczniów (0K/48M) i 4 n-li (0K,4M) przystępujących do projektu z własnej inicjatywy ze szkół ZSP3 i ZSP15 w Łodzi oraz ŁCDNiKP (dot.1 n-la). Dla każdego uczestnika zostanie zrealizowanych 140 godz. zajęć (50+90) z zakresu technologii pozyskiwania energii ze źródeł odnawialnych, 150 godz. staży (przedsiębiorstwa z branży OZE), 40 godz. zajęć przygo. do egzaminów kwalif. uprawniających do zajmowania się eksploatacją urządzeń, instalacji i sieci oraz podejdą do egzaminu. The main objective of the project is to improve the employability of 48 students from ZSP3 and ZSP15 through additional specialised activities, acquisition and confirmation of competences in the field of renewable energy technologies and the implementation of professional traineeships in connection with the community-owned environment in the period from 01.03.2019 to 28.02.2021. The target group of the project consists of 48 students (0K/48M) and 4 n-li (0K,4M) joining the project on their own initiative from the schools ZSP3 and ZSP15 in Łódź and ŁCDNiKP (up to 1 n-la). For each participant there will be 140 hours of classes (50+ 90) in the field of renewable energy technologies, 150 hours internships (companies from the RES industry), 40 hours of enrollment. for qualified exams entitling to operate equipment, installations and networks, and will take the exam.
