Cele projektu zbieżne z celami strategicznymi województwa oraz gospodarki niskoemisyjnej, w tym: zwiększona produkcja energii ze źródeł odnawialnych oraz ograniczenie emisji CO2 i innych szkodliwych pyłów. Infrastruktura w projekcie będzie współpracowała z istniejąca siecią KSE. Energia będzie przeznaczona na potrzeby własne obiektu a w części na sprzedaż. Zarządzający tą infrastrukturą (wnioskodawca) będzie współpracował z operatorem sieci (w zakresie części energii przeznaczonej na sprzedaż). Celem działań w projekcie jest uruchomienie produkcji energii z oze (potrzeby własne i sprzedaż), wpływ na redukcję emisji CO2 i innych pyłów (PM10, PM 2,5 i innych), wzrost wykorzystania OZE w produkcji energii (przejście na gospodarkę niskoemisyjną i zmniejszenie udziału energii konwencjonalnej). Cele projektu zostały jasno określone i wynikają ze zdefiniowanych problemów interesariuszy projektu, w tym potrzeb wnioskodawcy( zastąpienie energii pobieranej z sieci energią z instalacji oze, obniżenie kosztów bieżących). Cele w projekcie określone zostały mierzalnymi wskaźnikami produktu i rezultatu zgodnymi z celem działania RPO WŁ. Projekt zapewnia spadek emisji CO2 i innych pyłów (jako suma: redukcji i emisji unikniętej) a tym samym posłuży poprawie realizacji celów strategicznych, w tym celów RPO WŁ. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje: montaż modułów fotowoltaicznych (99 kW), inwerterów, okablowanie i system monitoringu pracy instalacji. Ogółem projekt wyniesie 455306,60 zł netto (560027,12 zł brutto) wyd. kwalifikowane projektu 455306,60 zł. Realizacja projektu obejmuje fazę budowy oraz eksploatacji (w okresie trwałości). Projekt ma wpływ na zwiększenie produkcji energii ze źródeł odnawialnych co jest zgodne z zapisami SZOOP woj. Łódzkiego. W projekcie zastosowano koncepcję projektowania uniwersalnego – efekty projektu są w największym stopniu użyteczne dla wszystkich odbiorców(interesariuszy projektu). Project objectives converging with the strategic objectives of the voivodship and the low carbon economy, including: increased renewable energy production and reduction of CO2 and other harmful dust emissions. The infrastructure in the project will cooperate with the existing network of KSEs. The energy will be used for the own needs of the facility and partly for sale. The manager of this infrastructure (the applicant) will cooperate with the network operator (for part of the energy to be sold). The aim of the project is to launch energy production from oze (own needs and sales), impact on CO2 reduction and other dust emissions (PM10, PM 2.5 and others), increase the use of RES in energy production (transition to a low-carbon economy and reduce the share of conventional energy). The objectives of the project are clearly defined and result from the defined problems of the project stakeholders, including the applicant’s needs (replacement of energy from the grid from oze installations, reduction of running costs). The objectives of the project were defined by measurable output and result indicators in line with the objective of ROP WŁ. The project reduces CO2 and other dust emissions (as the sum of: reductions and avoided emissions) and thus will serve to improve the achievement of strategic objectives, including the objectives of ROP WŁ. The project’s material scope includes: installation of photovoltaic modules (99 kW), inverters, wiring and installation monitoring system. In total, the project will amount to PLN 455306.60 net (PLN 560027.12 gross) issued by qualified project 455306.60 PLN. The implementation of the project includes the construction and operation phase (permanence period). The project has an impact on increasing the production of energy from renewable sources, which is consistent with the provisions of the SZOOP voivodship. I'm from Lodz.
