Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób powyżej 29. roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie kutnowskim. Liczba osób bezrobotnych (łącznie z długotrwale bezrobotnymi ) pracujących po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek ) wyniesie 84 osoby (źródło danych do pomiaru wskaźnika- umowa o pracę, umowa cywilnoprawna zawarta na okres minimum trzech pełnych miesięcy, podjęcie samozatrudnienia po zakończonym np. stażu- zaświadczenie o wpisie do ewidencji gospodarczej). W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby powyżej 29. roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub do profilu pomocy II( tzw. wymagający wsparcia) znajdujące się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy. Powiatowy Urząd Pracy w Kutnie realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane do potrzeb osób bezrobotnych usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people over 29 years of age who are unemployed in the Kutnow County. The number of unemployed people (including long-term unemployed) working after leaving the program (including self-employed) will amount to 84 people (source of data to measure the indicator – employment contract, civil law contract concluded for a minimum period of three full months, taking up self-employment after e.g. traineeship – certificate of entry in the economic records). The project will support people over 29 years of age qualifying for aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or to the aid profile II(so-called requiring support) who are in a particularly difficult labour market situation. The Poviat Labour Office in Kutno will implement the services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions appropriately suited to the needs of the unemployed.
