    Cele Celem projektu jest opracowanie nowej strategii działania firmy Gomar Plus na rynkach zagranicznych, która wpłynie na zwiększenie poziomu handlu zagranicznego przedsiębiorstwa. Firma Gomar skupiać się będzie na promowaniu własnych produktów gotowych (specjalistycznych lamp LED) oraz usług w dziedzinie badań laboratoryjnych. W ramach ekspansji produktowej firmy Gomar Plus planuje się rozszerzenie działalności na przynajmniej 3 nowe rynki docelowe. Zadania W ramach projektu powstanie strategia Firmy zawierająca nowy model biznesowy internacjonalizacji przedsiębiorstwa Gomar Plus. Wskaźniki Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących wsparcie (CO01): 1 szt. Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących dotacje (CO02): 1 szt. Inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw (dotacje) (CO06): 65.700 PLN Liczba przedsiębiorstw wspartych w zakresie internacjonalizacji działalności 1 szt. Liczba opracowanych nowych modeli biznesowych w zakresie internacjonalizacji – 1 szt. Liczba zrealizowanych działań w ramach opracowanego modelu biznesowego – 1 szt.
