Celem projektu jest utworzenie 25 miejsc świadczenia usług społecznych w Domu Dziennego Pobytu ,, ZACISZE" dla osób niesamodzielnych z gminy Barcin, powyżej 60-go roku życia, zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym. DDP będzie nową formą wsparcia stacjonarnej opieki dziennej, zapewniającą warunki do pobudzenia aktywności społecznej, fizycznej i kulturalnej dla 25 osób. DDP będzie pełnił funkcje o charakterze socjalno-bytowym poprzez zabezpieczenie posiłków, możliwość wykonywania zabiegów higieniczno- pielęgnacyjnych oraz funkcje opiekuńcze i specjalistyczne, uwzględniając potrzeby i oczekiwania uczestników. Placówka będzie miejscem bezpiecznego i godnego spędzania czasu uwzględniającym wolność, intymność, godność i poczucie bezpieczeństwa uczestników poprzez odpowiedni poziom i zakres świadczonych usług, uwzględniający stopień sprawności uczestników. DDP będzie usytuowany w miejscu dostępnym, pozbawionym barier architektonicznych i funkcjonalnych, w którym zgodnie z wymogami o charakterze infrastrukturalnym będą wyodrębnione pomieszczenia do prowadzenia zajęć grupowych i spotkań, pomieszczenia kuchenne, do wypoczynku, klubowe i inne. DDP będą wyposażony w sprzęty i urządzenia odpowiednie do funkcji z uwzględnieniem potrzeb osób starszych i niesamodzielnych. Placówka będzie funkcjonowała we wszystkie dni robocze, co najmniej 8 godzin dziennie. Wartość projektu wynosi 1.019.425,98ł, w tym wnioskowane dofinansowanie wynosi 937.871,90 zł. Projekt jest komplementarny do projektu ,,Przebudowa pomieszczeń wraz ze zmianą sposobu użytkowania części budynku Miejskiego Domu Kultury z przeznaczeniem na utworzenie Domu Dziennego Pobytu" do realizacji w ramach Osi priorytetowej 6. The aim of the project is to create 25 places for the provision of social services in the House of Daily Stay, WACISZE" for dependants from the municipality of Barcin, over 60 years old, at risk of poverty or social exclusion. The DDP will be a new form of support for stationary day care, providing conditions for stimulating social, physical and cultural activity for 25 people. The DDP will perform social and residential functions by securing meals, the possibility of performing hygiene and care treatments, as well as caring and specialised functions, taking into account the needs and expectations of participants. The facility will be a place of safe and dignified time, taking into account the freedom, intimacy, dignity and security of participants through the appropriate level and range of services provided, taking into account the degree of efficiency of the participants. The DDP will be located in an accessible area, without architectural and functional barriers, where, in accordance with infrastructure requirements, room for group activities and meetings, kitchen spaces, recreation, club and other facilities will be separated. DDPs will be equipped with equipment and equipment suitable for functions, taking into account the needs of the elderly and dependants. The facility will operate on all working days, at least 8 hours a day. The value of the project is PLN 1,019,425.98, including the requested co-financing amounting to PLN 937.871,90.
