Cel projektu - przebudowa i rozbudowa wraz z instalacjami budynku kom. na Osjakowskie Centrum Obsługi Turysty Czterech Szlaków. Budynek ma służyć jako zaplecze turystyczne dla użytkowników czterech szlaków, z przebieralnią, zapleczem sanitarnym, przechowalnią bagażu oraz galerią turystyczną. Inwestycja obejmuje także adaptację i rozbudowanie istniejącego budynku o altanę turystyczno-wypoczynkową. W ramach zagospodarowania terenu wykonany będzie ciąg pieszo-jezdny z tłucznia kamiennego, aby poprawić warunki komunikacji i ułatwić dojazd z kajakami na nadbrzeże rzeki. Zadania w projekcie to: Przygotowanie Projektu (Projekt, PFU, Studium), Kompleksowa przebudowa i rozbudowa budynku komunalnego na OCOTCS, Adaptacja i rozbudowanie istniejącego budynku o altanę turystyczno-wypoczynkową, Nadzór inwestorski, Zakup wyposażenia do OCOTCS, promocja projektu, promocja usługi turystycznej, zarządzanie projektem. Celem projektu jest rozwój gosp. turystycznej i stworzenie komplementarnej bazy turystyczno-rekreacyjnej. Projektu sprzyjać będzie realizacji celów, takich jak: zwiększenie wykorzystania walorów przyrodniczych i kulturowych woj. łódzkiego dla rozwoju gospodarki turystycznej, zwiększenie atrakcyjności regionu pod względem turystycznym oraz poprawa stanu środowiska naturalnego. Użytkownikami projektu będą mieszkańcy pobliskiej gminy oraz turyści. Zastosowano zasady projektowania uniwersalnego. Przygotowana infrastruktura będzie dostępna dla wszystkich, w największym stopniu, bez potrzeby adaptacji, wyspecjalizowanego projektowania. Zakres projektu OCOTCS jest tworzony dla wszystkich, będzie proste w użytkowaniu, ogólnodostępne, funkcjonalne i bezpieczne, użyteczne dla osób o rożnej sprawności oraz dobrze oznakowane. Projektowanie uniwersalne zastosowane na wszystkich etapach tworzenia- od planowania, projektowania, również na etapie realizacji i konserwacji. Zastosowano zasadę równości szans kobiet i mężczyzn w ramach UE 2014-2020. (Polish)

Purpose of the project – reconstruction and extension with installations of the station building at the Osjakowskie Tourist Service Centre of the Four Routes. The building is intended to serve as tourist facilities for users of four routes, with changing room, sanitary facilities, luggage storage and a tourist gallery. The investment also includes the adaptation and expansion of the existing building with a tourist and leisure gazebo. As part of the development of the site, a walking-to-mobile line from the stone arch will be carried out in order to improve the conditions of communication and facilitate access with kayaks to the riverbank. The tasks of the project are: Project preparation (Project, PFU, Study), Comprehensive reconstruction and expansion of the municipal building into OCOTCS, Adaptation and expansion of the existing building with tourist and leisure gazebo, investor supervision, Purchase of equipment for OCOTCS, project promotion, promotion of tourist service, project management. The aim of the project is to develop a tourist visitor and create a complementary tourist and recreational base. The project will promote the achievement of objectives such as: increase the use of the natural and cultural assets of the Łódź Voivodeship for the development of the tourism economy, increase the attractiveness of the region in terms of tourism and improve the state of the natural environment. Users of the project will be residents of the nearby commune and tourists. The principles of universal design were applied. The developed infrastructure will be accessible to all, to the greatest extent, without the need for adaptation, specialised design. The scope of the OCOTCS project is created for everyone, will be easy to use, generally accessible, functional and safe, useful for people with varying efficiency and well-labelled. Universal design applied at all stages of creation- from planning, design, also at the stage of implementation and maintenance. The principle of equal opportunities between men and women has been applied within the EU 2014-2020. (English)
