Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie kompleksowego pakietu IT dla mieszkańców Gminy Czerwieńsk poprzez budowę zintegrowanego systemu informatycznego. Projekt przewiduje zakup interoperacyjnego oprogramowania w zakresie podatków lokalnych, opłat za wywóz nieczystości, ewidencji gruntów i budynków, informowania o wydarzeniach i ostrzegania mieszkańców. Ponadto planuje się zakup sprzętu ICT (serwera i komputerów do obsługi programów). Głównym celem projektu jest ułatwienie dostępu obywatelom, osobom niepełnosprawnym, przedsiębiorcom i instytucjom do nowoczesnej elektronicznej administracji szczebla samorządowego w Gminie Czerwieńsk umożliwiającej dwustronną interakcję w środowisku cyfrowym. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje: - Stworzenie 7 aplikacji webowych i mobilnych: e-podatki, ewidencji gruntów, e-śmieci, e-zapisy, e-usterka, e-biblioteka, e-czerwieńsk wraz z implementacją - Zakup oprogramowania firewall – 1 szt. - Zakup komputerów wraz z monitorem i oprogramowaniem – 19 szt. - Zakup serwera – 1 szt. Projekt będzie wdrażany poprzez następujące działania: - Promocja projektu - Obsługa inżyniersko – finansowa projektu - Doradztwo techniczne związane z obsługą projektu (Przygotowanie oraz przeprowadzenie wszystkich postępowań przetargowych w projekcie wraz z przygotowaniem opisów przedmiotu zamówienia) W efekcie realizacji projektu zostaną osiągnięte następujące rezultaty: - Liczba pobrań/uruchomień aplikacji opartych na ponownym wykorzystaniu informacji sektora publicznego i e-usług publicznych: 1136 szt. - Liczba pobrań/odtworzeń dokumentów zawierających informacje sektora publicznego: 1136 szt. The subject of the project is the implementation of a comprehensive IT package for residents of Czerwieńsk Commune through the construction of an integrated IT system. The project provides for the purchase of interoperable software in the area of local taxes, charges for the export of uncleanness, land and building records, information about events and warnings of residents. In addition, the purchase of ICT equipment (server and software computers) is planned. The main objective of the project is to facilitate access for citizens, people with disabilities, entrepreneurs and institutions to modern eGovernment of local government in the Czerwieńsk Municipality, enabling bilateral interaction in the digital environment. The project’s material scope includes: — Creation of 7 web and mobile applications: e-taxes, land registers, e-trash, e-records, e-usterka, e-library, e-Cherwieńsk with implementation – Purchase of firewall software – 1 pcs. — Purchase of computers together with monitor and software – 19 pcs. — Purchase of a server – 1 pcs. The project will be implemented through the following actions: — Project promotion – Engineering and financial services of the project – Technical advice related to project support (Preparation and conduct of all tender procedures in the project together with preparation of descriptions of the subject of the contract) As a result of the implementation of the project, the following results will be achieved: — Number of downloads/starts of applications based on re-use of public sector information and e-services: 1136 pcs — Number of downloads/reproductions of documents containing public sector information: 1136 pcs The most important stages of the project are selection of contractors, purchase of hardware together with software, implementation and settlement.
