Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa 2 budynków mieszkalnych jednorodzinnych dla 14 wychowanków każdy. Powstaną dwa obiekty wraz z infrastrukturą, stanowiące placówki Domu Dziecka w Lubieniu Kujawskim. Budynki będą bliźniacze: na parterze znajdują się rożne pomieszczenia techniczno-gospodarcze, pokój dwuosobowy dostosowany do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych wraz z częścią dzienną i kuchnią. Na piętrze zaprojektowano 6 dwuosobowych pokoi dla dzieci. Parter połączono z piętrem otwartą klatką schodową. W jednym budynku przewidziana jest kotłownia, w drugim garaż. (Polish)

The subject of the project is the construction of 2 single-family residential buildings for 14 pupils each. Two facilities will be built together with the infrastructure, which are the facilities of the Children’s House in Lubien Kujawski. The buildings will be twins: on the ground floor there are various technical and economic rooms, a double room adapted to the needs of people with disabilities, including a living area and a kitchen. On the floor there are 6 double rooms for children. The ground floor is connected to an open staircase. In one building there is a boiler room and a garage in the other. (English)
