Wnioskodawcą projektu jest Gmina Żarów, która gwarantuje jego prawidłowe przygotowanie, a dalej realizację w oparciu o własne zasoby techniczne i ludzkie oraz doświadczenie w realizacji innych przedsięwzięć współfinans. z zewnętrznych środków. Przedmiotem projektu jest kompleksowa rewitalizacja zdegradowanych obszarów na terenie miasta Żarów poprzez remont dróg oraz zagospodarowanie terenów i przestrzeni pbl. w celu przywrócenia lub nadania im nowych funkcji społecznych, edukacyjnych i rekreacyjnych. Prace projektowe obejmują: •rewitalizację parku miejskiego wraz z boiskiem sportowym •przebudowę dróg na ul. Dworcowej, Kopernika, Kwiatowej, Mickiewicza, Pl. Wolności, Puszkina, Słowackiego, Sportowej, Wojska Polskiego, Zamkowej w Żarowie wraz z infr. towarzyszącą •budowanie świadomości lokalnej i poczucia wspólnoty poprzez wykreowanie przestrzeni do prawidłowej prezentacji zbiorów zabytkowego sprzętu bojowego Żarowskiej OSP •rozwój obywatelskiej społeczności lokalnej poprzez łatwiejszy dostęp do informacji oraz usług administracji publicznej w efekcie przebudowy otoczenia przy budynku Urzędu Miejskiego w Żarowie. Projekt zakłada też nadzór inwestorski i promocję proj. (tablica inf: 4 szt, tablica pam.: 4 szt.). Wszystkie przestrzenie i obiekty będą w pełni dostosowane do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych. Inwestycją jest proj. o charakterze rewitalizacyjnym – została ujęta w Lokalnym Programie Rewitalizacji Miasta Żarów na lata 2011-2020 (aktualizacja), a sposób zagosp. przestrzeni został skonsultowany z mieszkańcami w ramach programu konsultacyjnego. Wdrożenie działań proj. umożliwi poprawę jakości i atrakcyjności przestrzeni miejskiej Żarowa, w wymiarze społ., gosp. i przestrzennym, poprzez rewitalizację zdegradowanych obszarów na terenie miasta związaną z remontem dróg oraz zagospodarowaniem terenów i przestrzeni publicznych w celu przywrócenia lub nadania im nowych funkcji społecznych, edukacyjnych i rekreacyjnych (cel gł. proj.) The project applicant is the Municipality of Żarów, which guarantees its proper preparation and further implementation based on its own technical and human resources and experience in the implementation of other co-financing projects from external funds. The subject of the project is the comprehensive revitalisation of degraded areas in the city of Żarów by means of road renovation and the development of areas and spaces of the public in order to restore or give them new social, educational and recreational functions. The design work shall include: •revitalisation of the urban park along with sports field •construction of roads to ul. Dworcowa, Copernicus, Kwiatowa, Mickiewicza, Pl. Freedom, Pushkin, Slovak, Sports, Polish Army, Castle in Żarów together with the infr. building local awareness and sense of community by creating space for a proper presentation of collections of antique combat equipment of Żarowska OSP • the development of the civic community through easier access to information and public administration services as a result of the reconstruction of the environment at the Municipal Office in Żarów. The project also includes investor supervision and project promotion. (inf table: 4 pcs, pam board.: 4 pcs). All spaces and facilities will be fully adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. The investment is a project of a revitalisation nature – it was included in the Local Programme for the Revitalisation of the City of Żarów for the years 2011-2020 (updated), and the manner of space was consulted with residents as part of the consultative programme. Implementation of project activities will improve the quality and attractiveness of the urban space of Żarów, in the social, residential and spatial dimensions, by revitalising degraded areas in the city related to road renovation and the development of public areas and public spaces in order to restore or give them new social, educational and recreational functions (particularly).
