Inwestycja ma na celu zwiększenie dostępności transportowej drogowej województwa poprzez rozwój infrastruktury komunikacyjnej w obrębie planowanych do realizacji terenów inwestycyjnych, w szczególności poprzez poprawę jakości dróg oraz bezpieczeństwa w ruchu drogowym na terenie powiatu rypińskiego. Cel ten zostanie osiągnięty poprzez rozbudowę drogi powiatowej nr 2208C Starorypin – Rypin na odcinku 1649,88 mb wraz z przebudową obiektu mostowego na rzece Rypienica, obejmującą wzmocnienie nawierzchni drogi wraz z jej poszerzeniem oraz zastosowaniem elementów poprawiających warunki bezpieczeństwa użytkowników. Wymieniona droga wraz z mostem będzie jednym z odcinków obwodnicy miasta Rypin - łączy dwie drogi wojewódzkie. (Polish)

The aim of the investment is to increase the accessibility of road transport of the voivodship through the development of communication infrastructure within the planned investment areas, in particular by improving the quality of roads and road safety in the Rypiński district. This objective will be achieved by extending the district road No. 2208C Starorypin – Rypin on a section of 1649.88 mb together with the reconstruction of the bridge facility on the Rypienica river, including strengthening the road surface along with its extension and application of elements improving user safety conditions. This road and the bridge will be one of the sections of the Bypass of Rypin – it connects two voivodeship roads. (English)
