Przedmiotem projektu jest przeprowadzenie kompleksowych prac remontowych i przebudowy zabytkowego Zespołu Pałacowego z obserwatorium i parkiem w Białkowie, Gm. Wińsko. Prace budowlane obejmują działania niezbędne dla przeprowadzenia remontu i odnowy obiektu, niespełniającego przepisów prawa budowlanego i ppoż, a także prace związane z poprawą jego funkcjonalności, w tym dla osób niepełnosprawnych (dźwig osobowy, dostosowanie sanitariatów, miejsca parkingowe, odpowiednie ścieżki i dojazdy) i dostosowaniem do nowych funkcji edukacyjno-kulturalnych. Planowane roboty budowlane: prace przygotowawcze, roboty rozbiórkowe, remont i przebudowa, prace instalacyjne (sanitarne, elektryczne, teletechniczne), roboty wykończeniowe, zagospodarowanie terenu. Planowane prace termomodernizacyjne: remont dachu, izolacje ścian, odtworzenie. okien i drzwi, C.O. Projekt obejmuje też wykonanie studium wykonalności, nadzory (konserwatorski, autorski, archeologiczny), koszty zarządzania projektem, zakup wyposażenia w celu realizacji oferty edukacyjnej i kulturalnej i promocję. Zespół Pałacowy zlokalizowany jest w obszarze wsparcia LPR Gminy Wińsko. Projekt partnerski UWr. i Gminy Wińsko- umowa z 31.03.2017 r. Wskaźniki: -Pow. obszarów objętych rewitalizacją- 1,84 ha; -Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami- 1 szt. -Liczba wspartych obiektów infrastruktury zlokalizowanych na rewitalizowanych obszarach- 2 szt. -Wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych podmiotach (innych niż przedsiębiorstwa)- 1,5 EPC, w tym: -kobiety: 0,5 EPC; -mężczyźni 1 EPC. The subject of the project is to carry out comprehensive renovation works and reconstruction of the historic Palace Team with the observatory and park in Białków, Gm. Wińsko. The construction works include activities necessary for the renovation and renovation of the facility, which does not comply with the provisions of the building law and fire, as well as work related to improving its functionality, including for disabled persons (personal lift, adaptation of sanitary facilities, parking spaces, appropriate paths and access) and adaptation to new educational and cultural functions. Planned construction works: preparatory works, demolition works, renovation and reconstruction, installation works (sanitary, electrical, teletechnical), finishing works, land development. Planned thermal retrofitting works: roof renovation, wall insulation, reconstruction. windows and doors, C.O. The project also includes the execution of feasibility studies, supervision (conservative, authorial, archaeological), project management costs, purchase of equipment for educational and cultural offer and promotion. The Palace Team is located in the area of support of the LPR commune Wińsko. Partnership project of the University of Warsaw and Wińsko Municipality – agreement of 31.03.2017 Indicators: —The areas covered by the revitalisation – 1,84 ha; —Number of objects adapted to the needs of people with disabilities – 1 pcs. —Number of supported infrastructure facilities located in revitalised areas – 2 pieces. —Increased employment in supported entities (other than companies)- 1,5 FTE, including: —women: 0,5 FTES; —men 1 FTE.
