Przedsięwzięcie będzie realizowane pod tytułem „Modernizacja i rozbudowa oczyszczalni ścieków na terenie Gminy Jeżewo wraz z rozbudową sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej, gmina Jeżewo”. Przedmiotem projektu jest modernizacja i rozbudowa oczyszczalni ścieków w m. Jeżewo oraz budowa sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej o długości 11,99 km, w celu zwiększenie odsetka osób korzystających z systemu oczyszczania ścieków zgodnego z dyrektywą dotyczącą ścieków komunalnych.Zakres inwestycji jest zgodny z typami projektów przewidzianymi do wsparcia: - Kompleksowe projekty wyłącznie w aglomeracjach o wielkości od 2 tys. do 10 tys. RLM: a) budowa lub modernizacja sieci kanalizacyjnej, b) budowa, przebudowa, modernizacja oczyszczalni ścieków. Inwestycja objęta przedmiotowym projektem będzie realizowana na terenie Gminy Jeżewo w powiecie świeckim, w województwie kujawsko-pomorskim, na terenie Aglomeracji Jeżewo.Projekt będzie realizowany na obszarze, dla którego została przygotowana pozytywnie zaopiniowana Strategia ORSG Powiatu Świeckiego. Projekt nie będzie realizowany w partnerstwie. Projekt został ujęty w KPOŚK (IV aktualizacja), jak również Master Planie dla wdrażania dyrektywy 91/271/EWG.Projekt będzie realizowany w latach 2017-2019. Projekt będzie realizowany w formule "zaprojektuj i wybuduj". Harmonogram realizacji projektu jest realistyczny – działania zostały zaplanowane w sposób prawidłowy, obejmujący wszystkie niezbędne elementy do prawidłowej realizacji inwestycji. Projekt nie jest objęty pomocą publiczną, projekt generuje dochód.Właścicielem infrastruktury powstałej po realizacji projektu będzie Gm. Jeżewo. Natomiast eksploatacją będzie zajmował się Przedsiębiorstwo wod- kan, któremu infrastruktura zostanie przekazana do eksploatacji po zakończeniu projektu. Zakres projektu obejmuje następujące działania: - Roboty budowlane: - Modernizacja i przebudowa oczyszczalni ścieków w Jeżewie, - Budowa sieci kanalizacyjnej w miejscowości Jeżewo oraz Laskowice. - Promocję projektu. The project concerns the modernisation and development of the wastewater treatment plant in M. Jeżewo and the construction of a 11.99 km sanitary sewage system to increase the share of the beneficiaries of the waste water treatment system in compliance with the Urban Waste Water Directive. the scope of the investment is in line with the types of projects foreseen for support: — Complex projects only in agglomerations of between 2 and 10 P.E.: construction or modernisation of the sewerage network, (b) construction, reconstruction, upgrading of the sewage treatment plant. The project to be covered by this project will be carried out in the commune of Jeżewo w powiecie mieszkim, Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province, in the Jeżewo.project, the project will be carried out in the area for which a favourable opinion has been obtained from the Autonomous District of Świecie. The project will not be implemented in partnership. The project was included in the KPOŚK (IV update), as well as in the Master Plan for the implementation of Directive 91/271/EEC.The project will run from 2017 to 2019. The project will be implemented using the “design and demolition” formula. The timetable for the implementation of the project is realistic — the actions are planned in a correct manner, including all the necessary elements for the correct implementation of the investment. On the other hand, the operation will be carried out by an undertaking in waters to which the infrastructure will be transferred to service after the end of the project.
