    Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych powyżej 29 roku życia zakwalifikowanych do profilu pomocy I lub II należących co najmniej do jednej z poniższych grup: osoba powyżej 50 roku życia, kobieta, osoba niepełnosprawna, osoba długotrwale bezrobotna, osoba o niskich kwalifikacjach w powiecie tucholskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 57 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

    The aim of the project is to increase the employability of unemployed people over the age of 29 who are eligible for aid profiles I or II belonging to at least one of the following groups: person over 50 years of age, woman, disabled person, long-term unemployed person, low-skilled person in the Tuchola district. The main result of the project will be the employment of 57 people registered in the PUP. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)
