Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja budynku Publicznej Szkoły Podstawowej w Sarnowie. Budynek szkoły będący przedmiotem inwestycji zlokalizowany jest na działce nr 104 w obrębie ewidencyjnym 0037 Wiktorowo położonej w miejscowości Sarnowo, gmina Lubraniec. Ogólny stan elementów konstrukcyjnych budynku jest dobry jednak ściany zewnętrzne, ściany fundamentu, dach mają niewystarczającą izolacyjność termiczną co charakteryzuje się wysoką przepuszczalnością ciepła i wzrostem kosztów związanych z ogrzewaniem budynku. Ponadto instalacja wewnętrzna i grzejniki są w złym stanie technicznym i kwalifikują się do kompletnej wymiany. Zakres robót związanych z projektem będzie obejmował: wymianę całej instalacji centralnego ogrzewania wraz z grzejnikami, montaż kotła olejowego wraz z remontem komina spalinowego, montaż pompy ciepła oraz instalacji fotowoltaicznej, ocieplenie stropodachu niewentylowanego styropianem laminowanym (styropapą) - 720 m2, ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych styropianem gr. 15 cm. (metoda lekka mokra) - 616 m2, ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych fundamentu polistyrenem ekstrudowanym grubości 12 cm - 240m2, wymiana okien - 168 m2 oraz wymiana drzwi zewnętrznych na tzw. drzwi "ciepłe" - 12 m2. Elewacja budynku również zostanie wymieniona na nową. Inwestycja zostanie wykonana w jednym etapie. Całkowity koszt robót związanych z termomodernizacją budynku wyniesie 1 143 737,07 zł - wartość kosztorysowa robót. Roczne zużycie energii zmniejszy się z obecnych 882GJ do 227 GJ po termomodernizacji, a więc o 655 GJ - 181 944,44 kWh. Nastąpi również znaczna redukcja pyłu PM 10 - 99,73% oraz CO2 - 53,26177 tony. Dzięki zastosowaniu w projekcie nowoczesnych rozwiązań i technologii zużycie energii do ogrzania budynku zmniejszy się, a przyroda zostanie odciążona z nadmiernej emisji gazów cieplarnianych i innych szkodliwych związków. The subject of the project is the modernisation of the building of the Public Primary School in Sarnów. The school building which is the subject of the investment is located on plot No. 104 within the registration area of 0037 Wiktorowo located in the town of Sarnowo, Lubraniec commune. The overall condition of the building’s structural elements is good, however, the exterior walls, the foundation walls and the roof have insufficient thermal insulation, which is characterised by high heat permeability and increased costs associated with heating of the building. In addition, the internal installation and radiators are in poor technical condition and are eligible for complete replacement. The scope of works related to the project will include: replacement of the entire central heating system with radiators, installation of the oil boiler together with the overhaul of the exhaust chimney, installation of heat pump and photovoltaic installation, warming of non-ventilated laminated styrofoam ceiling (styropapapa) – 720 m², insulation of external walls with styrofoam 15 cm. (light wet method) – 616 m², insulation of the exterior walls of the foundation with extruded polystyrene thickness 12 cm – 240 m², window replacement – 168 m² and replacement of external doors with so-called “warm” doors – 12 m². The facade of the building will also be replaced with a new one. The investment will be carried out in one stage. The total cost of works related to the thermal modernisation of the building will amount to PLN 1 143 737.07 – the cost of the works. The annual energy consumption will decrease from the current 882GJ to 227 GJ after thermal modernisation, i.e. by 655 GJ – 181944.44 kWh. There will also be a significant reduction in PM 10-99.73 % and CO2-53.26177 tonnes. Thanks to the use of modern solutions and technologies in the design, energy consumption for building heating will decrease and nature will be relieved from excessive greenhouse gas emissions and other harmful compounds.
