Celem przedmiotowego projektu jest kompleksowe przygotowanie i uzbrojenie terenu przeznaczonego w miejscowym planie zagospodarowania przestrzennego pod działalność gospodarczą. Projekt polega na uzupełnieniu brakujących elementów kompleksowego uzbrojenia technicznego terenów inwestycyjnych dla poprawy ich atrakcyjności inwestycyjnej. Planowana infrastruktura techniczna zapewni potencjalnym inwestorom dostęp do podstawowych mediów. Projekt składa się z następujących zadań:Zad. 1. Budowa wodociągu – w ramach zadania planuje się budowę sieci wodociągowej o O100/150 - długość ok. 286 mb;Zad. 2. Budowa kanalizacji sanitarnej – w ramach zadanie planuje się budowę sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej o O200 - długość ok. 636 mb;Zad. 3. Budowa kanalizacji teletechnicznej – w ramach zadania planuje się budowę sieci kanalizacji teletechnicznej o długości ok. 586 mb;Zad. 4.Budowa oświetlenia – w ramach zadania planuje się budowę oświetlenia o długość ok. 760 mb (sieć kablowa + 24 lampy)Zad. 5. Budowa kanalizacji deszczowej – w ramach zadania planuje się budowę kanalizacji deszczowej O300 - długość ok. 558 mbZad. 6.Budowa drogi dojazdowej z jednostronnym chodnikiem o długości ok. 250 mb.Dzięki kompleksowemu uzbrojeniu przedmiotowych terenów inwestycyjnych, nastąpi znaczna poprawa dostępności do atrakcyjnych terenów miejskich, co w konsekwencji przyciągnie inwestorów zewnętrznych, którzy będą lokować swój kapitał na tym terenie i dzięki temu tworzyć na nim nowe miejsca pracy. The aim of this project is to comprehensively prepare and arm the area intended for the local spatial development plan for economic activity. The project consists of complementing the missing elements of comprehensive technical armament of investment areas to improve their investment attractiveness. The planned technical infrastructure will provide potential investors with access to basic media. The project consists of the following tasks: Zad. 1. Construction of the water supply – as part of the task is planned to build a water supply network by O100/150 – length approx. 286 mb;Zad. 2. Construction of sanitary sewage system – as part of the task is planned to build sewage system O200 – length approx. 636 mb;Zad. 3. Construction of telecommunication sewerage system – as part of the task is planned to build a network of telecommunication sewers with a length of approx. 586 mb;Zad. 4.Construction of lighting – as part of the task, it is planned to build lighting with a length of approx. 760 mb (cable network + 24 lamps)White. 5. Construction of rainwater drainage – as part of the task is planned to build a rainwater sewer O300 – length approx. 558 mbZad. 6.Construction of an access road with a one-sided pavement approx. Thanks to the comprehensive armament of these investment areas, there will be a significant improvement in accessibility to attractive urban areas, which will attract external investors who will invest their capital in the area and thus create new jobs there.
