ZGROMADZENIE SIÓSTR SZKOLNYCH DE NOTRE DAME PROWINCJA POLSKA

Przedmiotowy projekt polega na modernizacji energetycznej 3 budynków należących do Wielofunkcyjnej Placówki Opiekuńczo-Wychowawczej „Wiosna” (zwana dalej WPO-W „Wiosna” lub Dom dziecka „Wiosna”) mieszczącej się w Krzydlinie Małej na terenie gminy Wołów, a także na przeprowadzeniu działań dodatkowych. Zakres modernizacji, jej parametry techniczne i ekonomiczne, określone zostały w przeprowadzonym audycie energetycznym. Prace modernizacyjne będą polegały na modernizacji energetycznej dolnego źródła energii, maszynowni pomp ciepła i wymianie źródła ciepła, instalacji c.o., instalacji wody ciepłej i zimnej, modernizacji energetycznej systemu wentylacji oraz termomodernizacji 3 budynków: A, B i C oraz łącznika między obiektem A i B - polegającej na: wymianie okien, dociepleniu ścian i dachów. Działania dodatkowe oparte będą o następujące koszty: - przygotowanie dokumentacji projektu w postaci studium wykonalności - zarządzanie projektem przez wykwalifikowaną firmę zewnętrzną - działania informacyjno-promocyjne projektu. Beneficjentem projektu jest Zgromadzenie Sióstr Szkolnych de Notre Dame Prowincja Polska, a Operatorem projektu jest Wielofunkcyjna Placówka Opiekuńczo-Wychowawcza „Wiosna” prowadzona przez powyższe Zgromadzenie w Krzydlinie Małej. Podmiot ten będzie koordynował wszelkie prace związane z przygotowaniem, złożeniem, wdrożeniem wniosku, a następnie monitorowaniem i rozliczeniem projektu. Za pomoc w prawidłowym zarządzaniu projektem odpowiedzialna będzie firma zewnętrzna. Odbiorcami projektu będą mieszkańcy gminy Wołów, Wielofunkcyjna Placówka Opiekuńczo-Wychowawcza „Wiosna”, a bezpośrednio z efektów realizacji projektu skorzystają dzieci zamieszkujące Dom Dziecka „Wiosna”, a także jej pracownicy. Projekt wpłynie pozytywnie na warunki mieszkaniowe znajdujących się w placówce dzieci, zapewni znaczne zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania i zużycia energii cieplnej w obiektach placówki „Wiosna”. The project consists of the energy modernisation of 3 buildings belonging to the Multifunctional Care and Educational Institution “Spring” (hereinafter referred to as “WPO-W Spring” or the Children’s Home “Spring”) located in Krzydlina Mała in the municipality of Wołów, as well as carrying out additional activities. The scope of the modernisation, its technical and economic parameters, are defined in the energy audit carried out. Modernisation works will consist of the energy modernisation of the lower energy source, heat pump engine room and heat source exchange, central heating installations, hot water and cold water systems, modernisation of the ventilation system and thermal modernisation of 3 buildings: A, B and C and a link between facility A and B consisting of: replacement of windows, warming of walls and roofs. The additional actions will be based on the following costs: — preparation of project documentation in the form of feasibility study – project management by a qualified external company – information and promotion activities of the project. The beneficiary of the project is the Assembly of School Sisters de Notre Dame Province of Poland, and the project’s operator is the Multi-Functional Care and Educational Institution “Spring” run by the above Assembly in Krzydlina Mała. This entity will coordinate all work related to the preparation, submission, implementation of the proposal, followed by monitoring and settlement of the project. The external company will be responsible for assisting in the proper management of the project. The recipients of the project will be residents of the municipality of Wołów, Multifunctional Care and Educational Institution “Spring”, and directly from the results of the project will benefit children living in the “Spring” Children’s House, as well as its employees. The project will have a positive impact on the housing conditions of the children’s facility, it will ensure a significant reduction in the demand and consumption of thermal energy in the premises of the “Spring” facility. There is no public aid within the project. (English)
