POWIAT LIMANOWSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W LIMANOWEJ

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych w wieku 18-29 lat pozostających bez pracy w powiecie limanowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 17% niepełnosprawnych uczestników proj.; 35% długotrwale bezrobotnych uczestików proj; 36% uczestników o niskich kwalifikacjach; oraz 43% uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z w/w grup.osób zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby w wieku 18-29 lat zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I ( tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II ( tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP będzie realizować dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people aged 18-29 who are unemployed in the Limanowski district. The main result of the project will be the employment of 17 % of disabled participants; 35 % of long-term unemployed participants in the project; 36 % of low-skilled participants; and 43 % of participants not eligible for any of the above mentioned groups.persons registered in the PUP. The project will support people aged 18-29 who are qualified as an aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement the services and instruments of the labour market referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)
