POWIAT MIKOŁOWSKI / POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W MIKOŁOWIE

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez zatrudnienia w powiecie mikołowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez jak największą liczbę uczestników projektu. Działaniami planowanymi w projekcie wsparciem zostanie objętych 136 osób bezrobotnych poniżej 30 roku życia zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Mikołowie, dla których określono profil pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub II (tzw. bezrobotni potrzebujący wsparcia). W ramach projektu każdy uczestnik przed objęciem go konkretną ofertą aktywizacji poddany zostanie indywidualnej analizie jego umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych. Na podstawie tej analizy oraz przygotowanego planu działania PUP w Mikołowie realizował będzie odpowiednio dobrane dla danego uczestnika usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Mikołowski district. The main result of the project will be the employment of as many participants as possible. The activities planned in the project will cover 136 unemployed persons under the age of 30 registered at the District Labour Office in Mikołów, for whom the assistance profile I (so-called active unemployed) or II (so-called unemployed in need of support) has been identified. As part of the project, each participant will be subjected to an individual analysis of their skills, predispositions and professional problems before being included in a specific offer of activation. On the basis of this analysis and the prepared action plan of the PUP in Mikołów, the services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions will be implemented appropriately for a given participant.
