Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost kluczowych kompetencji zawodowych, komunikacyjnych, informatycznych, analitycznych studentów UMK dla potrzeb gospodarki, rynku pracy i społeczeństwa poprzez:zajęcia warsztatowe kształcące kompetencje miękkie,zajęcia dodatkowe z otoczeniem społ.-gosp.,wzmacnianie kompetencji zawodowych w ramach certyfikowanych szkoleń i warsztatów,dodatkowe zadania praktyczne dla studentów realizowane w formie projektowej,wizyty studyjne u pracodawców. Realizatorem projektu są 3 wydziały UMK:Chemii (WCh),Fizyki, Astronomii i Informatyki Stosowanej (WFAiIS),Matematyki i Informatyki(WMiI). Wsparcie kierowane jest do studentów ostatniego roku studiów stacjonarnych pierwszego i drugiego stopnia kierunków:Materiały współczesnych technologii,Chemia,Chemia i technologia żywności,Chemia kosmetyków,Automatyka i robotyka,Informatyka stosowana,Fizyka,Fizyka techniczna,Astronomia,Matematyka,Matematyka i ekonomiaInformatyka. Grupa docelowa obejmie 240 stud. obojga płci (107 kobiet,133 mężczyzn, 10 niepełnosprawnych), u których na podstawie wstępnego bilansu kompetencji stwierdzono deficyt kompetencji objętych celem głównym. Wydziały UMK prowadzące ww. kierunki posiadają bogate doświadczenie w realizacji europejskich projektów edukacyjnych nabyte podczas prowadzenia w latach 2009-2015 projektów POKL o sumarycznej wartości ponad 40 mln złotych. Rezultatem projektu będzie podniesienie kompetencji przez 228 stud. w tym kompet. miękkich przez 228 stud., kompet. zawodowych przez 192 stud.. W efekcie min. 40% absolwentów kierunków ścisłych i technicznych objętych wsparciem w projekcie będzie kontynuowało kształcenie lub podejmie zatrudnienie zgodne z kierunkiem kształcenia w ciągu 6 miesięcy od zakończenia kształcenia. The main objective of the project is to increase key professional, communication, IT, analytical students of the Nicolaus Copernicus University for the needs of the economy, labour market and society through: workshops educating soft competencies, additional activities with the community-owned environment, strengthening professional competences within the framework of certified trainings and workshops, additional practical tasks for students carried out in the form of a project, study visits with employers. The project is implemented by 3 faculties of the Nicolaus Copernicus University:Chemistry, Physics, Astronomy and Applied Computer Science (WFAiIS), Mathematics and Computer Science (WMiI). Support is addressed to students of the last year of full-time studies in the first and second grades: Materials of modern technologies,Chemistry and food technology,Chemistry of cosmetics,Automatics and robotics,Applied information,Physics,Technical physics,Astronomy,Mathematics,Mathematics and EconomicsInformatics. The target group will cover 240 studies of both sexes (107 women, 133 men, 10 disabled), with a deficit of competences covered by the main objective on the basis of the initial competence balance. The faculties of the Nicolaus Copernicus University have extensive experience in the implementation of European educational projects acquired during the years 2009-2015 of POKL projects with a total value of over PLN 40 million. The result of the project will be to raise competences by 228 stud. including soft competencies by 228 stud., professional competence by 192 stud.. As a result, at least 40 % of science and technical graduates supported in the project will continue their education or take up employment in line with the direction of education within 6 months of completion of education.
