Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji 570 osób uczestniczących w edukacji na poziomie wyższym, odpowiadających potrzebom gospodarki, rynku pracy i społeczeństwa, zwiększenie jakości i efektywności kształcenia na studiach doktoranckich (140 osób), jak również wsparcie zmian organizacyjnych i podniesienie kompetencji kadr w systemie szkolnictwa wyższego (255 osób), poprzez wdrożenie do czerwca 2023r. czterech modułów: programów kształcenia, podnoszenia kompetencji, studiów doktoranckich oraz zarządzania w instytucjach szkolnictwa wyższego.Grupę docelową stanowi:- w zad.1-3 570 studentów PŁ, studiów I i II stopnia wszystkich wydziałów- w zad. 4 140 studentów studiów III stopnia wszystkich wydziałów- w zad. 5 110 osób - kadry dydaktycznej PŁ;- w zad. 6-10 145 osób - kadry administracyjnej PŁ;- w zad.11 PŁ jako instytucja.Projekt zakładawłączenie wykładowców z zagranicy w realizację programów kształcenia, certyfikowane szkolenia, zajęcia warsztatowe, współpracę uczelni z pracodawcami, uzupełnienie i rozszerzenie programów kształcenia na studiach doktoranckich o działania podnoszące jakość oraz internacjonalizację procesu kształcenia oraz wspierające rozwój kompetencji doktorantów, pożądanych na rynku pracy, jak również integrację systemów zarządzania uczelnią w celu znaczącej poprawy jakości świadczonych usług edukacyjnych. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się również do podniesienia kompetencji dydaktycznych kadr uczelni oraz kompetencji zarządczych kadr kierowniczych i administracyjnych. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to increase the competences of 570 people participating in higher education, responding to the needs of the economy, the labour market and society, to increase the quality and efficiency of doctoral education (140 people), as well as to support organisational changes and improve the skills of staff in the higher education system (255 people), by implementing by June 2023 four modules: curricula of education, improvement of competences, doctoral studies and management in higher education institutions.The target group consists of:- in 1-3 570 students of PŁ, studies in the first and second degree of all faculties- in the back. 4 140 third-degree students of all faculties- in the ass. 5 110 people – teaching staff of the Lodz;- w zad. 6-10 145 people – administrative staff of the PŁ;- in the field of 11 PŁ as an institution.The project assumes the inclusion of lecturers from abroad in the implementation of education programs, certified trainings, workshops, cooperation between universities and employers, supplementing and extending the education programmes to PhD studies by activities improving the quality and internationalisation of the education process and supporting the development of doctoral competences desirable on the labour market, as well as integration of university management systems in order to significantly improve the quality of educational services. The implementation of the project will also contribute to the improvement of teaching competences of university staff and managerial and administrative competences. (English)
