Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji osób uczestniczących w edukacji na poziomie wyższym, odpowiadających potrzebom gospodarki, rynku pracy i społeczeństwa oraz poprawa dostępności międzynarodowych programów kształcenia dla osób uczestniczących w edukacji na poziomie wyższym z Polski oraz dla cudzoziemców, jak również wsparcie zmian organizacyjnych i podniesienie kompetencji kadr w systemie szkolnictwa wyższego, poprzez wdrożenie do lipca 2022 r. trzech modułów: programów kształcenia, podnoszenia kompetencji oraz zarządzania w instytucjach szkolnictwa wyższego.Grupę docelową stanowią studenci oraz pracownicy PŁ:1737 studentów z 9 wydziałów; 151 osób - kadry dydaktycznej; 150 osób - kadry administracyjnej oraz uczelnia jako instytucja.Projekt zakłada realizację programów kształcenia w języku angielskim, włączenie wykładowców z zagranicy w realizację programów kształcenia, certyfikowane szkolenia, zajęcia warsztatowe, współpracę uczelni z pracodawcami, zwiększenie zaangażowania pracodawców w realizację programów kształcenia, jak również wdrożenie Systemu BPMS (Business Proces Management) wraz z aplikacjami procesowymi, który zintegruje narzędzia obsługi studentów (m.in. wsparcia zawodowego) oraz procesu dydaktycznego w celu znaczącej poprawy jakości świadczonych usług edukacyjnych. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się również do podniesienia kompetencji dydaktycznych kadr uczelni oraz kompetencji zarządczych kadr kierowniczych i administracyjnych. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to improve the competences of people participating in higher education, responding to the needs of the economy, labour market and society, and to improve the availability of international education programmes for those participating in higher education from Poland and for foreigners, as well as supporting organisational changes and improving the competences of staff in the higher education system, by implementing three modules by July 2022: curricula of education, improvement of competences and management in higher education institutions.The target group consists of students and employees of the Lodz: 1737 students from 9 faculties; 151 persons – teaching staff; 150 people – administrative staff and university as an institution.The project assumes the implementation of education programs in English, including lecturers from abroad in the implementation of education programs, certified trainings, workshops, cooperation between universities and employers, increasing the involvement of employers in the implementation of education programs, as well as the implementation of the Business Process Management System, together with process applications, which will integrate tools for the service of students (including professional support) and the teaching process in order to significantly improve the quality of the provided educational services. The implementation of the project will also contribute to the improvement of teaching competences of university staff and managerial and administrative competences. (English)
