POWIAT CZŁUCHOWSKI / POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W CZŁUCHOWIE

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie człuchowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 468 osób (240K/228M) zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw.bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II(tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Aby osiągnąć bardziej efektywne rezultaty wsparcia mającego na celu dostosowanie kwalifikacji i kompetencji osób pozostających bez zatrudnienia do potrzeb zidentyfikowanych na lokalnym rynku pracy, realizowane wsparcie poddane zostało ocenie pracodawców i odpowiada bieżącym potrzebom rynku pracy. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the district of Człuchów. The main result of the project will be the employment of 468 people (240K/228M) registered in the PUP. The project will support people under the age of 30 who are qualified as an aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or an aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. In order to achieve more effective results of support aimed at adapting the qualifications and competences of the unemployed to the needs identified on the local labour market, the support provided has been assessed by employers and responds to current labour market needs.
