CEL OGÓLNY - zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia wśród min. 90% z 70 dorosłych dzieci alkoholików (DDA) tj. 42K i 28M w wieku 18-29 lat, bez pracy, którzy nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu tzw. młodzież NEET z terenu woj. mazowieckiego w okresie 1.06.2016 r. do 30.04.2018 r. REZULTAT CELU: 1. min. 70% z 70 DDA poniżej 30 lat uzyska kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu, 2. min. 60% z 70 DDA poniżej 30 lat, nabędzie doświadczenie zawodowe po opuszczeniu programu 3. min. 30% z 70 DDA w tym 2 DDA z niepełnosprawnościami poniżej 30 lat biernych zawodowo, nieuczestniczących w kształceniu lub szkoleniu podejmie pracę po zakończeniu udziału w proj. GR. DOCELOWA: 70 DDA (42 K i 28 M) w podziale na 67 osób biernych zawodowo, nieuczestniczących w kształceniu oraz 3 osoby bezrobotne (tym 7 DDA z niepełnosprawnościami) GŁ. ZADANIA: IDENTYFIKACJA POTRZEB OSÓB MŁODYCH: indywidualna identyfikacja potrzeb, trening interpersonalny, jako dział. towarzyszące wspacie psychologiczne dla niepełnosprawnych z DDA. DIAGNOZOWANIE MOŻLIWOŚCI W ZAKR. DOSKONALENIA ZAWODOWEGO: trening autoprezentacji, trening motywacji w praktyce, trening twórczego myślenia i działania PORADNICTWO ZAWODOWE: warsztaty poszukiwania pracy, indywidualne doradztwo zawodowe STAŻE KURSY ZAWODOWE (Polish)

General objective – to increase employment opportunities among at least 90 % of 70 adult alcoholic children (DDA) i.e. 42K and 28M aged 18-29, without a job, who do not participate in education and training of the so-called NEETs from Mazowieckie voivodship in the period 1.06.2016 to 30.04.2018. REZULTAT CELU: 1. min. 70 % of the 70 DDA under 30 years will be qualified after leaving the program, 2. min. 60 % of 70 DDA under the age of 30, will acquire professional experience after leaving the programme 3. min. 30 % of 70 DDA of which 2 DDA with disabilities under 30 years inactive, non-participating in education or training will take up work after completing the project. TARGET:70 DDA (42 K and 28 M) divided into 67 inactive persons not participating in education and 3 unemployed persons (including 7 DDA with disabilities) GŁ. TASKS: IDENTIFICATION OF THE NEEDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE: individual identification of needs, interpersonal training, as department. accompanying psychological climbing for the disabled with DDA. DIAGNOSING POSSIBILITIES IN THE AREA.
