Poprzez realizację projektu pragniemy zaktywizować 49 biernych zawodowo oraz 11 bezrobotnych ( w tym 5 os. długotrwale) osób wieku 18- 29 lat, nieuczestniczących w kształceniu i szkoleniu, zamieszukjących mmiasto stoleczne Warszawa do końca VI 2018r . Grupę docelową to 60 osób młodych (w wieku 18-29 lat) biernych zawodowo lub bezrobotnych (w tym długotrwale), a także niepełnosprawnych (min. 20 os), zamieszkujących miasto stołeczne Warszawa Proj.zakłada kompleksowe wsparcie dla grupy docelowej, którą stanowi młodzież NEETs poprzez: - poradnictwo zawodowe: obejmujące idywidualne spotkania z doradcą zawod. i utworzenie IPD, warsztaty grupowe podnoszące kompetencje społeczne oraz motywację i samoocenę, - szkolenia zawodowe w obszarach deficytowych na rynku pracy miasta stołecznego Warszawa kończących się egzaminem oraz wydaniem certyfikatu, - staże zawodowe w obszarze realizowanych szkoleń, - pośrednictwo pracy. W wyniku realizacji proj. młode osoby pozostające bez zatrudnienia, nie podejmujące kształcenia i szkolenia zidentyfikują swoje predyspozycje i możliwości zawodowe, podniosą samoocenę, motywacjęefektywność zatrudnieniowa w projekcie wyniesie 43% czyli 26 os. znajdzie zatrudnienie. Through the implementation of the project, we want to activate 49 economically inactive and 11 unemployed (including 5 long-term people) people aged 18-29 years, who do not participate in education and training, who search for table mmiasto Warszawa by the end of VI 2018. The target group is 60 young people (aged 18-29 years old) inactive or unemployed (including long-term ones), as well as disabled (min. 20 people) living in the capital city Warszawa Proj. provides comprehensive support for the target group, which is represented by NEETs youth through: — career guidance:Including and individual meetings with a professional adviser. and the creation of IPD, group workshops improving social competence and motivation and self-assessment, – vocational training in areas of deficit in the labour market of the capital city of Warsaw ending with an examination and issuing a certificate, – professional internships in the area of implemented trainings, – employment intermediation. As a result of the project, young people who are unemployed, who do not undertake education and training will identify their predispositions and career opportunities, increase their self-assessment, the incentive for employability in the project will reach 43 % or 26 people will find employment.
